I've been seeing Dr. Sikorsky for a month and a half now and I am thrilled with the results and the care I have received. Prior to seeing Dr. Sikorsky I had a consultation and visit with a different local office that left me feeling rather skeptical of chiropractic care. Thankfully Dr. Sikorsky has helped change my mind. In addition to doing adjustments he thoroughly discusses the "why" and spends a lot of time on what I can do at home to get better (homework!). I might be a BIT biased because I know Dr. Sikorsky. He's my good friend's husband but hey, that doesn't mean anything really. I mean, do you like all of your friend's husbands? I'm kidding! You see, I've started running. This yelper has not run since doing the mile in gym class...and even that was questionable. I started experiencing some hip pain and even with some great advice from fellow yelpers, I still felt that I needed some professional help. I have to say, that I was impressed. I really enjoyed Dr. Sirkorsky's manner and he was very pleasant and thorough. He scanned my feet for an orthotic and went over the scan with me answering any questions I had. I also got an adjustment...which really helped a bunch! I've never seen a chiropractor... which means I've never had an adjustment. I was really glad I went and appreciated the attention to detail. Dr. Sikorsky is the best. I came in with TMJ pain and in 2 months my jaw pain has significantly decreased. The clicking/popping when I chew or open my mouth has pretty much gone away as well. I wish I had come in sooner rather than dealing with the pain. read more

I came to Dr. Sikorsky after a car accident and have been very impressed with him. His evaluation is very thorough as well as his treatments. As an example he takes me through stretches before adjusting. This enables him to help loosen constricted muscles as well as feel and sense where his adjustments should be focused for that treatment. He will look at you as a complete person and not just the damaged area he is treating. He will inquire about your diet and lifestyle and teach you ways to improve both. I was always leery of chiropractic care but I was having some left leg pain and I was referred to Dr. Sikorsky. He alleviated all my fears of chiropractic care. He is so professional and does well at calming nerves. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about the care he provides his patients. The front staff is extremely friendly, pleasant and efficient. The moment I met Doctor Steve Sikorsky, it all changed. He does a series of reflex checks/overall physical alignment test. I am undoubtedly unaligned (as most of us are) with a subluxation/fixation/incomplete/partial dislocation" whatever technical term he wants to use. Regardless, I, the new patient/customer am there because I am feeling discomfort. After the routine prodding, I was asked to pay my bill & leave. But what about my adjustment? I am paying $85 for....this? Seems the customer isn't always right at this office. Steve insisted on wanting to "do better" than my previous chiropractor by waiting for my reports (which would take a couple of days and of course an additional appointment where I would once again have to pay out of pocket), before he performs a single basic neck/back adjustment. I also disclosed to him that I had just had all of these tests done in December, at Centegra & I had been seeing a chiropractor for the last 15 years of my life for general maintenance and curvature comfort. Nothing serious. In the end, Dr Steve Sikorsky did much worse than my previous chiropractor because he did NOTHING at all to help me or relieve my pain in the hour that I was there. With such a strict process, this doctor lost years of my patronage which would have included massages, acupuncture and last but not least, strength training and adjustments. When a patient asks for an adjustment, listen to them. There are many chiropractors to choose from, make sure you do your research. read more

I have been very pleased with Dr. Sikorsky and all of his staff. Sikorsky chiropractic has flexible hours and is very accommodating with scheduling appointments. I was skeptical of chiropractic care in general when I started seeing him a few years ago. Dr. Sikorsky has made me a believer over time through consultation, adjustments, and exercises as I have had significant reduction in pain, less headaches, and greater range of motion. Dr. Sikorsky is a wealth of information on a variety of health topics but isn't pushy about any alternative therapies he may bring to my attention. I went to Dr. Sikorsky after my dad, who regularly sees him, recommend I go for a visit. I had constant neck and back pain. I was very young at the time only 11 or 12 and was very nervous. All the staff was extremely nice every visit. It took me a while to become comfortable with the whole getting adjustment process since I was just so young and scared! Dr. Sikorsky was patient, explained everything and took his time till I was comfortable with it. Not many doctors really care to take as much time as you need out of their busy schedule most just want to rush you out and get on to the next patient. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and really listen to their concerns and goes above and beyond what most doctors do for their patients. His hours are also very flexible and easy to get in especially if something happens and you need to see him that same day. Overall I would highly recommend him to my friends and family (although most of them already see him). He really focuses on the person as a whole and helps make a plan for each individual patient you can tell he is always trying to Incorporate new things that he learns and has a lot of passion for the work that he does! read more
