Pain wise neither made me shed a tear but the constant flicking of the sugaring may be tomorrow painful than waxing which gets most of it in one to two strips. I also did both sugaring and waxing so that I can see which one grows the hair back in the better way for my body. Time will tell but either way I'll be back to have this service done again.

I originally had an appointment set for 2:30pm she messaged me 4 hours before the appointment changing it to to 2 then messaged me again at 11 to tell me it would be at 1:15pm when I told her I would try to make the time but it keeps changing she told me she'd have to cancel due to me being able to come early being apart of her policy. It is my bday this week so I just came early so I wouldn't be canceled. Just for her to not be there at 1:15 but at the beauty supply because she had to make a run. She pulled up at 1:20pm and did not even greet me with a hello or a smile. She unlocked the front door and I followed her in. Before introducing herself or telling me her name besides the luxury effect she grabbed at my hair and said "let me see." She questioned the length of my hair, then asked if it was blow dried. I told her yes but I was waiting in the rain for over 10 minutes waiting on her to open the door and she wasn't there. We go back to her chair and before even touching my hair she said she couldn't do it because of blunt ended I stressed to her that I really need my hair done I have a trip in 48 hours and she was my last option as a previous braiders canceled on me last minute. She said she'd try and proceeded to play in my head and put 8 boneless braids in my hair. Then had me look at it. My natural hair was sticking out of braid, parts where sloppy and crooked not like the work she advertised. So I told her she didn't have to do it. I got up I was polite and asked her when I could expect my deposit back. End of the story she refused to give my deposit back saying it was my fault even though there was no policy about blunt ends. She is a money hungry scam artist. Picking and choosing what clients to give quality service to then not returning funds because she doesn't feel like doing the service.
