It's owned by one of the friendliest couples I've ever come across. They're passionate about cars and treat my car like it's their own. On several occasions, the car is ready later than anticipated. It's not because they're behind schedule. Rather, they are going the extra mile to ensure every part of my car is perfect. I have a matte paint job, and it's a lot of maintenance to keep up. Every time I bring it here, it looks like the day I drove it off the dealership. On two occasions, I've had paint from a car I (gently) swiped on the body of my car. Somehow, they managed to get it off without dulling the matte. Magic. I've had my car detailed several times, got a light ceramic treatment, and even got my windows tinted here. They do it all. I had them do the ceramic coating on my 2024 BMW X7. I was at a bit nervous at first, because this is my first (very) expensive luxury car and deciding on who should do the coating was difficult. The dealer originally pitched me on doing the ceramic coating and I'm really glad I decided on this place instead. They clearly know what they are doing. I checked on Yelp for places that does color correction and messaged a few places, including Daima at Steambach. She provided a quote and explained that they will evaluation when we bring the car in to determine if they are able to remove the crud without messing up the paint. Steambach truly cares for our Brilliant Black A4 (more than us frankly). We had an exterior detailing including engine cleaning about two months ago. We were very happy. After many rainy days, our vehicle remained intact and it was easy to manage (dusts easily fell off with a couple of swipes). We used to drive all the way to Hackensack to get a brushless auto car wash and then do some finish on our own to minimize scratches (still unhappy). Amazing service and phenomenal attention to detail. This isn't your $140 butcher shop detailer / car wash - this is a professional business. These guys do not miss any details. Below is a brief summary of how things went. They showed up at 5:30pm, on time to the second. I showed them my car and the workspace in my parking garage. They asked me to do a walk around of the car together to discuss what i wanted to see cleaned and what else they were going to make look nice. This was the first time a car detailer has told me "when you see your car, your socks are gonna be knocked off" --usually they try to taper your expectations with a statement like "ahh, we'll see. Not sure we can get that coffee stain out of your rug. Maybe. Hopefully.." Well, I was nothing less than impressed. See pics. They worked on the car until midnight on Friday night (that type of devotion to your work is what made me write this review). I came down at 9:30pm to check on their progress and as far as I was concerned they were close to finishing. But Yasel and Daima are such perfectionists, they spent another 2.5 hours attending to the very little details afterwards. They are mobile, and I love that about their business. I'm a pretty busy person so I was actually dreading the thought of spending 4-5 hours of my weekend in a detailing shop (no thanks!). The one thing that pushed me to get my car's interior detailed was the fact that this past weekend I took my dog out for a ride and he ended up car sick puking all over my back seats. Came here for a quick wash and vaccum. I don't know the name but the kind man and woman on the staff were very nice. My car is pretty new and was pretty clean inside but it just needed basic cleaning They worked with me to find a time that suits my schedule and even had some flexibility built into it. Its a place in the parking lot of newport mall and they do a great job. I got the wash + vaccum which takes 45-50 min. They did a complimentary wipe down of my interior, gave me tire shine and made my car clean and fresh. He is a detailer so did point out some paint job flaws around the car (common with all tesla's) and did tell me that if I ever needed fixing, he is the man.
