He arrived on time, and ensured that the process would be thorough. He paid special attention to any specific requests I had, and ensured I would be satisfied with his work. Worst experience ever!!! Workers are not qualified nor fit to do any type of detail offered. They indicate ceramic coating with compound and barring which will remove surface scratches after work was completed ALL the surface scratches remained after 2 hours of work which was rushed then to top it off worker messed up my lighting system in car and lied that he didn't touch anything. After speaking to the owner he stated that he would reimburse me back half for what I paid for and pay for my lighting system after reaching out 3 times he only paid me back part of what he promised. This company is a scam and NO ONE should be dealing with this COMPANY! read more

A lot of people question these mobile services for fact that they don't seem like legitimate businesses. But you try and give them the benefit of the doubt and support these small businesses and this is what you get, unreliable and poor service. We set up an appointment for the morning, the day of, they rescheduled the appointment for three hours later and then still didn't show up for the rescheduled visit! No contact, no communication, didn't answer or reply to phone calls. "Kevin," who was the person we spoke to, never showed up! It's Easter weekend, plans were made around this service, hoping to be able to have our car looking nice for Easter family get togethers. It's disgusting that you give a small business a chance and this is the the kind of service you get when you trust them with something important. These companies need to understand that it may just be a job to them but it's something that someone might actually be relying in. The sad part is, we had another company booked but canceled when we spoke with Kevin at Xentra, thinking we were going to get a better value. We thought we could trust a professional experience. Instead, we got a disappointing, unprofessional, unreliable, and unsatisfactory experience from Xentra, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone! read more

Communication was on point, whether reaching out through text or email you'll get a response right away. As far as pricing goes, best believe Illmatic isn't the cheapest on the block but unless you're trying to be that guy that tints fade to purple in a year, bubbles all over the place looking like your car got leprosy you get what you pay for. I was tired of awkwardly avoiding eye contact in my fishbowl of a car after I'd cut someone off and they'd pull up next to me at the red light so I went in to Illmatic to get a full tint job - 20% around and 35% on the windshield. Now when I cut someone off only to be caught at the next light, I can confidently look over at them, see the void in their eyes of not being able to get the satisfaction of staring me down and know that they'll lose sleep at night thinking of the win that never was. I've never owned a bmw but this is probably how they feel all the time. I get it now. Delusional confidence. If you've ever been in a car with subpar tints you'll know what I'm talking about. Illmatic deals with Xpel and it's definitely the way to go. As mentioned before we've all seen that dude who's rockin the purple faded cracked tints and said to ourselves "that ain't it." No judgements if you about them but lets be real now. Some tints will be dark from the inside out, driving at night is a game of I'm going to hope for the best. I was worried about that being an issue but the guys assured me this would be different. Best believe it, I drove at night and forgot I even had tints. Better yet, glare from streetlights and headlights is now nonexistent. We've all gotten into a car on a hot summer's day and immediately regretted it, that shower you just took 15 minutes ago is now invalid and you lookin like you fresh out a gatorade commercial. McSwampy. These Xpel tints deflect UV's so hard Harry Potter named his signature move Xpelliarmus after it. That being said, 10/10 would recommend.

They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.

Also worth mentioning, if you don't speak Russian or their language, you will need to talk to one of their translators to communicate with the tinters.

From the moment he arrived i was stunned it was a young man and thought it would be a half way job but he was very professional and took pride in his work which i felt was rare for someone that youthful. You can see he's doing this on his own and in the very early stages of this business but from conversing with him he sounds very serious dedicated we need more of that from our youth. the entire detailing process, spoke for itself.
