So, my family and I were in Sacramento for my niece's wedding and staying at a motel 1/2 block away. We asked the staff at the motel to suggest a place for lunch and they pointed across the alley and said take a small left. There it is. So we went and we were a little aghast when we entered this place. Not so big. Not so fancy. No cute little hostess with a bundle of menus under her arm. But the cooks are very friendly and call out to you as you enter. It was good fun to sit on the stools and watch meals being prepared right before your very eyes. Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. In this business, they truly excel and do care about their customers, something other companies should do, but many don't give us the time of day. We had one of their alarms in our business which required service, and after indefinite stalling, lies, and excuses, and a partial/incorrect installation, we sought out the services of another alarm company. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves.
