Ive come here and have repeatedly gotten bad service but I try to give them a chance to rectify. The techs have nasty attitudes. No one communicates with each other. I came at 10:30, waited for the person I requested to finish someone else and and no one told me until 11:45 that the person I requested couldn't do my nails cause they had another appointment after. And the person I requested just looked at me and never acknowledged I was even here until 11:49 as I'm writing this. I've tried. Multiple times. The work is good. But not good enough for this. read more

I love this nail shop. I'm a new to Atlanta and Loganville. I tried several shops in Loganville, I would walk in and would be treated differently because I am a male. I've been coming to this nail salon for years and have recommended their services to several people. The staff here are always professional and flexible. My favorite is Myra because she always makes sure I'm happy with my nails and she's a great communicator. I've never had a negative experience at this salon; however, because they are lovely, sometimes they can get swamped, and wait times can be inconvenient. The absolute worst experience and I have been getting my nails done now for almost 30 years. The worst pedicure. The girl was new as she appeared to not know what she was doing. When she was done you couldn't tell that I had just had a pedicure. They didn't start my manicure until I asked. I wanted the paraffin wax and she must have not known how to do it because someone had to come take over. This is my first time here and definitely will be my last. Terrible nail salon! I will never go back there. For one, they try to scam you with the prices and the so called "upgrades" that all cost $5 each. The quality of their nail products are also terrible. I just got my nails done exactly one week ago, a fresh new set with SNS, and I've already broken 3 nails. First of all there is hardly any customers . Good right ? No , they told me a 10 min wait that turned into 30 because the guy in charge forgot I was waiting . They ran my water . When I put my foot in it was so hot it burned my foot . No one came to see what happened . I should have left right then . But no I didn't . They asked if I wanted cut down . He cut me . Great customer service. Howvere I came in for a Shape Up and received a high eyebrow arch. This is my second visit. The first visit an older woman spent some time to look at my eyebrows and provide me with a consultation. She explained her process and told me how she would shape my brow. Unfortunately she's been under the weather and I came in after 5 weeks of needing my brows done. Despite my hesitation, I allowed her to work on my eyebrows. It looks as if my left eyebrow is always raised. I will now have to correct the look with makeup. I am very dissatisfied. I guess it's worth the $8 I paid. I asked her not to use that saw machine on my fingers because they make your nails weak and it was unnecessary for the service I was receiving .. she told me she's done 1,000 nails don't worry.. fine.. I then said I just want clear nail polish she then told me I was being boring (which is fine)and that the polish won't stay on my nails because I just took gel off -_- what?.. so after that she had an attitude with me about the nail color I wanted and then decided not to give me my original service (manicure). I am a Retired US Army First Sergeant that always feels uncomfortable getting a manicure or pedicure in front of women, but this location really understands my phobia Lol . They not only have been the only place that doesn't mind buffing my nails instead of clear polish. I Love the way the everyone has more of friendly aura including the customers. The place is very clean, never hot unlike other nail spots. The Nail Gallery and Spa also has a rewards program which allows customers to achieve rewards very quickly. The quality of service is beyond reproach meaning that they go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Give the Nail Gallery and Spa a try and you will not regret the choice. As a soldier it is always uncomfortable to go and get a manicure, but this shop definitely makes me feel at ease. The owner and staff are wonderful. I went in to have a set taken off and I asked for nothing back on. The guy trimmed my nails way too short (he cut the meat under my nails he trimmed so short) and then charged me $10 for it. I've had friends have bad experiences here and I'm never going back. I've never gone to a nail salon that charges to have a set taken off. The professional approach would have been to tell me before hand and then I would have gone to my regular salon. read more

She also scrubbed it several times despite the pain and bleeding it was caused. The only compensation they offered was "I'm sorry" and charged me FULL PRICE. i got my toes done and nails, they did a very good job on my nails but i was NOT happy with my toes. they charged full price for a pedicure while it was the ladies first day working and she was scrubbing my feet dry and with no soap or gel. she didn't know what she was doing at all. She made a nasty face because my 10 year old sister had a scab on her leg and didn't wanna mess do her pedicure at all. she did NOT wear gloves or anything and when she was done with mine she moved to someone else's hands with out washing her hands. read more

I had to find a new nail salon when mine of 4 years was forced to close and drove by many times and finally said what the heck. I have never been so pleased with my experience. Holly did an incredible job on my nails and when I asked for her to come up with a design for my ring fingers I was blown away. Everyone of my friends love my nails. I came here a couple of months ago. I did a deluxe pedicure ($35) and a gel manicure. My pedicure was alright. They were really short on staff. My gel manicure was horrendous, she did not even cut my cuticles. My gel polish began peeling off after I came home, so I came back and they started arguing. The lady quit so I felt bad, but I paid over $60 for it so I wanted it done right. It did not last me half a day. I wasted my money because they were so busy, no one could fix my nails so I left. She offered me to come back anytime so she could give me a new set for free. I don't think I'll ever come back. read more
