It takes a long time to get your car in, a very long time to fix it, and then he doesn't stand by his work. He treats people badly. He knows nothing about proper customer service, nor about providing good service at all. You're already on thin ice with this man from the get-go. If you go somewhere else to have work done, it makes him very upset, and then he'll give you the boot for not using him exclusively--even though he's often extremely slow to schedule you in. Again, he doesn't stand by his work, and he works very slowly. The man will dictate what is required for you to be satisfied. He doesn't allow you to choose what you want and he basically ignores what you tell him regarding problems. Strange and anti-customer. Again, he's fickle, quick to anger, and basically doesn't want customers.

On 2/24 my daughter dropped off her Maserati to Ferrari of SLC to fix a leak. They told her it…read morewould be done the next day. They then called on 2/25 and said that after dismantling the part, they realized they needed a different part from Italy and that it would be in on 3/13 and the car would be ready on 3/14. The car is not drivable until they get this part. My daughter's lease was up March 1, and she was scheduled to drive back to CT, which is where she lives with us, so this meant we had to rent her a hotel and a rental car for the additional 2 1/2 weeks delay. Then on 3/12 my daughter called to confirm the part would be in, and she was told by the service mgr Justin Rogers that they don't have tracking and they think the part will now be in on 3/25, but they can't verify that. How do you not have tracking on an expensive part like that? So my daughter is stuck in Utah, and I'm stuck paying for a hotel and a rental car for a month with no guarantee that the part will even be in on the 25th. I tried calling the General Manager Luis Moreno on 3/18, but there was no way to get to him through the phone system, and when finally transferred to his extension, the system wouldn't allow me to leave a voice mail, so I emailed him to give him an opportunity to help us and there was no response. I am incurring significant costs (Over $2,000 on a hotel and rental car thus far, and will spend closer to $3,000 if the part still comes in the 25th) not to mention the fact that I will be paying the dealership almost $2,000 to fix the vehicle. No one has offered to help us with any of our expenses despite the fact that we have asked multiple times for help and none of this is our fault.

I came in after finding the car on KSL and it look like a great fit for us. When I got there I was helped right away. My husband and I test drove the car and we loved it! We got pre-approved before going there and Julio made that progress so easy for us! He's such a good guy! Actually everyone that works there was amazing! Even the mechanics were so nice and friendly! I just seriously couldn't stress this enough! They put me and my family first! They went above and beyond and I wouldn't be more grateful for such an amazing experience!
