I took my 1997 BMW 328i here with an M3 front bumper that I wanted to get painted. I told Chris I wanted to do all the disassembly/removal of the bumper, and just have his team do the prep work/paint. He was totally cool with it, and was super professional. I dropped the car and the bumper off at the shop on a Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon the bumper was painted and ready for pickup! His team does AMAZING work!! I was very happy with how the bumper turned out. I had an M3 bumper painted for this car a few years back at a different shop that was an okay job, but wasn't a great color match. Chris and his team matched my paint color PERFECTLY and it looked like the bumper was always there! Incredible! I will definitely be taking all of my cars to him. He is very personable and treats his customers like a member of his family. This is how all shops should be. It is what my dad always taught me, what the Corps expected of me, and it is what I teach my own kids by my example. When I dropped my car off, the owner immediately identified a significant discrepancy that resulted in a 300% increase in the initial estimate. It was an honest mistake and I knew I would be cheating the business out of even breaking even on the deal if I insisted on the price originally quoted, which I was already wondering about. I accepted that I would have to pay the price for the corrected estimate. When I returned this evening to pick up the car, I was surprised to see that the original estimate was on the bill. I questioned the owner, who indicated in no uncertain terms that a promise made is a promise kept. Wow. How refreshing. How reassuring that these days there are folks out there like my dad, who say things like "A man's word is his bond" and then back it up in their every day lives. Just like my dad. I recently took my car to A.U.T.O Collision for repairs after a very minor collision. They were great! Since the damage was superficial I opted for buffing the damage out instead of repainting. Don't bother! I was told they needed 2 hours to repair headlights and could drop off the car at any time and was best to bring in at 8 a.m. when they opened. The owner told me when I arrived that "something happened" and they could not service the car until next week. No help... no remorse.. no apology - even knowing the car was going to USU this weekend and wouldn't be back for a couple months. I wouldn't have them service my car if that is the kind of service they provide to their customers. read more
