We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another car, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny! read more

I took my 1997 BMW 328i here with an M3 front bumper that I wanted to get painted. I told Chris I wanted to do all the disassembly/removal of the bumper, and just have his team do the prep work/paint. He was totally cool with it, and was super professional. I dropped the car and the bumper off at the shop on a Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon the bumper was painted and ready for pickup! His team does AMAZING work!! I was very happy with how the bumper turned out. I had an M3 bumper painted for this car a few years back at a different shop that was an okay job, but wasn't a great color match. Chris and his team matched my paint color PERFECTLY and it looked like the bumper was always there! Incredible! I will definitely be taking all of my cars to him. When I dropped my car off, the owner immediately identified a significant discrepancy that resulted in a 300% increase in the initial estimate. It was an honest mistake and I knew I would be cheating the business out of even breaking even on the deal if I insisted on the price originally quoted, which I was already wondering about. I accepted that I would have to pay the price for the corrected estimate. When I returned this evening to pick up the car, I was surprised to see that the original estimate was on the bill. I questioned the owner, who indicated in no uncertain terms that a promise made is a promise kept. Wow. How refreshing. I recently took my car to A.U.T.O Collision for repairs after a very minor collision. They were great! Since the damage was superficial I opted for buffing the damage out instead of repainting. Don't bother! I was told they needed 2 hours to repair headlights and could drop off the car at any time and was best to bring in at 8 a.m. when they opened. The owner told me when I arrived that "something happened" and they could not service the car until next week. No help... no remorse.. no apology - even knowing the car was going to USU this weekend and wouldn't be back for a couple months. I wouldn't have them service my car if that is the kind of service they provide to their customers. read more
