Then they say 1-2 days & if anything else is wrong they would get a hold of me well that didn't happen. I had to call to see what the holdup was. Apparently it needed something and they didn't let me know. Well, the part that I got was $80 that's kind of high price for what we had to get then when I got home apparently it wiped out our whole game. They didn't tell me that. We have store credit there but couldn't use it which I think is ridiculous. So if you buy anything from there just to let you know if you take it back, you have to get Store credit. They will not give you your money back.

About 5 years ago I moved to buying online but now that the comics themselves have scaled up there cost and these 5 cover issue nonsense is so common it's no longer a value to purchase online. I'll tell you that the two gentleman I spoke to on my two visits were incredibly kind and were able to answer my questions. I collect TMNT comics first so it's nice to actually see those comics in the store. I am getting back into XMen which is good so far and Absolute Batman is wild. I'm in my 40s and have been collecting comics since I was a kid. This is a modern comic shop done right. So I'll stop in twice a month.

They weren't pushy at all and very helpful. I ended up finding a really cool Alien toy that goes great with my collection. They also had a $1 area with a bunch of comics! We bought a few just for kicks. They also gave us free comics for making a purchase. I forget the minimum amount but it was nice. If you are ever looking to just browse and are a tad nerdy, drop by! Was not greeted upon entering, was never acknowledged, never asked if I needed help which I did. Waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time for the only person in front of me to finish their purchase, but the cashier and the customer in front of me talked and talked and talked about several topics never acknowledging myself, never apologized for the wait, when it was finally my turn, they never apologized or acknowledge that I had waited nearly a half hour. Almost putting my things down, but didn't want the way to be for nothing. Already frustrated, they were very rude and despite the bad customer service, my son and I thanked him and he didn't say you're welcome, never said have a nice day, nothing. With the PS4 Pro, they told me the controller technically passed their computer testing and they even had the nerve to show me that my controller passed all green but I was told that in their opinion the controller had "stick drift" therefore the whole unit PS4 Pro is considered defective and not full trade in value. Then they reviewed my Switch OLED, he started to "clean" the screen using paper towels and not microfiber because he claimed the screen was damaged. Had to call him out on it, and told him it was a screen protector and he was the one intentionally damaging my screen by not using microfiber. His coworker then proceeded to accuse me of giving his associate "attitude". Had to just trade in my Xbox and walk out due to the dirt poor customer service. I went to a GameStop in Fresno and had a significantly better experience. Zero stars if I could.

He is such a Big Kid at heart. We saw some Dragon Balls that go on the Christmas Tree which he was excited about but he wanted to get them on a different day. Anywho, the staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I came back two days later to surprise the Dude with the Dragon Ball Z ornaments but they were all sold out that quick. The staff informed me that Game Stop by Sierra Vista has one more. I thanked the staff member and left. This game stop is clean and very organized. Definitely a go to for Gamers and Nerds which my dude is. You will find some pretty cool items here.

Normally I am very mind your business but there was a Wednesday I had gone in to look at Pokemon and one of the players was using the N word repeatedly. I mentioned it to the owner and he said he would take care of it but I saw that same individual back again just the other day when I visited. I cannot support a business that allows racism to fly like that and let alone keeps entertaining racism for the sake of profit. i heard one of the other players say the racist's name was Rawl/Raul? Hopefully the store owner wises up and realizes that allowing that individual will eventually harm his brand.
