I went there Friday, 5/22/2026, and my wife and I purchased about $ 85.00 worth of items. For myself, I like the t-shirts at your store. They are only $3.40. I bought four of them. The next morning, I put the green one on I bought. The tag was marked XL, my size, I couldn't get it on. After looking at it, it seemed to be a medium, but, it was marked as an XL. I went back to Hobby Lobby that morning to return it for a XL. I was greeted by a first and I explained it must have been marked wrong. The first lady I spoke to became accusatory and made an allegation that I washed it and am now trying to return it. I tried to explain to her I buy these t-shirt all the time and even if it was washed, they do not shrink this small. the other lady who was there at this time said just go and get another one. This was the response I was expecting to receive. However the first lady was still jumping to the conclusion that I was trying something illegal to get or change a $3.40 t-shirt. she insisted the second lady call for the manager. The manager immediately told me to just exchange the t-shirt for another one. It probably cost me more in gas. I am giving 5 stars for the second lady and the manager for helping me and not accusing me of something illegal. I give the first lady 0 stars because all she did was jump to a conclusion I was a thief and for refusing to hear anything I had to say. Thank you to the second lady and the Manager. She grabbed it in a hurry and without looking at me just put her arm back to hurriedly hand it to me, dropping white fake snow from the tree and shelf on me. I think she realized her attitude because when I said thank you and I'm sorry I bothered you, she said in a fake kind voice oh no problem. She made me feel like I was a problem. I will say the cashier was very kind. The floor worker needs to take customer service lessons from her co worker.

I've been there many times over the years. Not as often as before. But I do visit about 2-3times a…read moreyear. Most times I do visit this location is for mobile orders. My recent experience was yesterday. I had placed a mobile order and normally I just do curbside but I was in the mood to take a look inside. I had my two toddlers with me. So the bad, this location is a bit on the messy side, very unorganized and staff is almost nonexistent. They even have self serve checkout and no workers at the front. The good, they had so many Christmas decorations, ribbons, wrappings etc all on clearance 70%off and I as able to grab a few items. Most of the things are priced high but there are times when you can find items that are on sale and if you're a member you can get points and get extra deals. Their mobile order/in store pick up is also self serve! They have customers orders in individual boxes on the rack and you simple grab your items if you see it. I had ordered multiple items and one of which was oversized and couldn't fix in that box so it wasn't there. They have a button you can push to get assistance and I pushed that button about 2 times and waited a while. Until someone finally came to the resister and said she can help the next customer in line but I pointed out that I needed assistance with a a mobile order. She approached me and was an able to assist. But honestly don't know if that button worked or not.

I really liked the times that I've visited this store. It's in a business park in an inconspicuous…read morespot - just follow the GPS and park near the window tinting place. The prices are reasonable, and the owner was very good about justifying prices on the singles I was buying. My only gripe was that the other employees aren't allowed to buy cards, so I had to keep calling back to see when the owner would be in. I think I caught him at a bad time of doing some traveling or something, so it was a while before I was able to do my trade-ins. There were cards here I wanted to put the value of my cards towards, so it was worth the wait. And I get why only the owner wants to be buying cards - he's very in the loop with the competitive scene and makes an effort to buy cards that have relevance or value as singles. Totally makes sense, it's just a little inconvenient as a customer. And on top of that, they have a large group of people who come here to compete on Pokemon TCG league (?) nights. That said, the owner was generous and very helpful and I had a great time working with him to get the cards I wanted. I'll definitely be back.
