With my daughter's bday coming up, I decided to take a different approach from our usual family party and went with a trip to Disneyland instead. I can only imagine how much more fun this 2nd trip would be since it would also commemorate her being another year older! I planned out every detail in terms of what I wanted her to wear and went with a seller on Etsy. I went into specific details about what I wanted and when it needed to be delivered by. I patiently wait and was super disappointed when the sweatshirt order is not only PAPER THIN but is a completely different design from what I purchased!! Keep in mind that this package arrives 3 days prior to our trip and I am scrambling to contact the seller & stressing over what my child will now be wearing. I immediately hit up Hellatees and the rest was history... Ivan was super supportive and assured that he would be able to come through for my needs. This is no task to be taken lightly because at this point, I am ONE DAY AWAY from heading on the road. I repeat, I am one freaking day away!!! I contacted AJ about stoles I was gifting to some of my students. He informed me that the embroidery I wanted was really expensive when not done in bulk so recommended DTG print instead for a friendly price point. I thought this was really incredible customer service. He was very timely with his responses and instructions on where and how to get my order. When I picked them up, they were beautiful! But I had stupidly messed up a students middle name. I reached out and AJ kindly offered to do his best to fix it and fortunately he did! I recently ordered a handful of shirts for friends & family with custom artwork on it. I used Hellatees for several reasons and am really satisfied with all of my interactions with the team and with the final product. When I was calling around to find a local vendor who could/would print my shirts, a few brushed me off. But Ashley was really helpful answering questions, providing options and high level education on each to help me pick the right thing. Their site has great info but what I couldn't find there, she was more than happy to help with. This is all time invested before making a sale, so I really appreciate it - that's a big investment, especially for a smaller company, but I really appreciate vendors who invest in their customers and engagement. When I had the design ready they were very quick in responding with a quote. I thought I would get a proof before finalizing the order, but instead you get it after. I'd like to see it before but that's the only thing I would change about the process, and it wasn't' a deal breaker. You still get a proof and can provide final confirmation before moving ahead with the print. Once everything was finalized via email the job was printed really quickly and I was able to pick it up without any issues. The print looks great, the Bella tees are really high quality, and I'm super happy with the product. It feels like something that will hold up well in the wash and I'm looking forward to sharing the shirts with friends & family! My project was an emergency order for three batches of T-shirts in a one-day turnaround! I was referred by another printing company to hellatees and I can see why. They had the machinery to print on dark tees and they were able to rush things for me. They have DTG capabilities which allowed me to print without a T-shirt minimum and allowed for multicolored images! AJ was very prompt with his email, something I greatly appreciated during my stressful emergency project and worked with me in terms of my free time and helped me decide on the right cost for me! I had the fun task of ordering custom tanks for a bachelorette party of 19 women. Thank goodness I found Hellatees! The ladies wanted a flowy, racer-back, style tank top with a design on the front, and a sparkle decal on the back. AJ explained that the tanks had to be a certain fabric so that the quality of the printing would turn out nicely. He patiently helped me look for several tank styles and I'm sure he was relieved when I finally picked one out. The design process was really easy. Hellatees has come through for me HELLA times! As a teacher, I've gotten quite a few school shirts customized with names (think Battle of the Classes generic shirts, that now look way cooler with nicknames on them-- and it's so clean looking, as opposed to the puff painting or sharpie-ing of years before!) On top of that, I've had custom stuff done for me and my son to match. There are adorable daddy-son or mother-daughter matching outfits out there, but unless I want to wear solid shirts and flannels, there's not much on the market... Enter Hellatees. Real slow customer service their turn around time is ridiculous. Would not recommend. Head down to The San Jose Flea Market place called Signs super fast turn around time ! Aj, the turn around time is horrible. I walked in once needing 5-10 tees in 1 color simple 8 letter print the response was "cant today." Although whoever attended me was only sitting down, not sure what normal order volumes are but it sure did not look busy that specific day. Anyway I called last week needed a couple 3X4 vinyl stickers was told it could not be done until Monday(3 days later). I purchase enough vinyl stickers & screen printed shirts to know my fare share of the process when cutting up a couple vinyl stickers. I went to AJ very late in the day on a friday to get a sonic the hedgehog print on a black shirt. AJ was great! Not only did i walk away with a very nice t shirt but he also offered great advise and suggestions! He advised i use a different pic because the one i provided would get very pixel when blown up. He quickly found an alternative for me online. He also asked me which text font style i wanted and you can tell he knows his stuff with the editing program he uses. He put the pic and text together very fast so it would look good together and a little while later i had my new shirt!!!
