They charge too much for a wash and vacuum! Today was my last time going there. They charged an extra $15 to remove the love bugs but they didn't get them all. I had to point that out along with several areas that weren't wiped down (water streaks). Running boards were still dirty also. Ridiculous. read more

This is my go to spot for all my car wash needs. Customer service is good and the service itself is pretty face depending on how busy they are. I don't recall a time where I complained on waiting too long. The prices are reasonable as well. I like that they offer in door and outdoor seating for customers. I typically wait inside where there's AC. You have the option to buy ice cream or a variety of soft drinks and water. They also have car accessories available for purchase like, car fresheners or steering wheel covers. Of course there is a bathroom as well and it's always clean from my past visits. If you're looking for a fast, reliable, and reasonably priced car wash place - look no further! read more

This will be a short review. My wife said: The car looks cleaner than when we picked it up from the dealer. Give yourself some time and eat at Farmer Girl or hydrate at Harry's. If you get a wax, allow another 45 minutes. They do a remarkable job. read more

Came in to get my minivan washed after transporting some plants from Home Depot. Got the $38 platinum wash. They spent about 3 minutes vacuuming it and then called me over to lift up the seats. There was still a little bit of dust and soil so I asked them to give it another quick vacuum. The woman flat out refused, started shouting at me and then called the manager over. I calmly explained to her that there was just a few more bits of dirt that needed vacuuming up and for $38 I expected it to be properly vacuumed. She started screaming at me getting all aggressive and in my face saying that it was already vacuumed, then refused to finish washing the car and then demanded $10 for the vacuum before throwing me out of the car wash. The people here are nuts. Don't get your car washed unless you want to be screamed at and not get your car cleaned properly. Best service and carwash in the area! I tried a bunch of places from Boynton to Delray to fort lauderdale and this by far has done the best job The prices are not the same as on the website though. My husband and I have been here multiple times for a basic wash but this past week we took his car in for a wash and polish. At $58.00 total it was a steal and we couldn't believe how great the car looked after. The inside was spotless and the outside looked almost brand new! Service has always been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Brothers Car Wash. You have to check out how great the 40 year old paint looked after they polished it. Brothers Car Wash is a quality operation. Quality is not rushed. For a full interior and hand-washed exterior, plan on 90 minutes...60 if they are not busy. Add about 45 minutes if you include hand waxing and buffing. Plenty of places to walk to while you wait to include a diner next store (before 3pm) and the infamous Harry's for hydrating. The results of their efforts were stunning. My wife noted: This is cleaner than when we picked up the car from the showroom. I believe that is the result everyone desires. This place is a rip off! I used to go here frequently and felt that their service was on point. Not anymore. I drove up today and requested for my car to be washed, the seats to be shampooed and the floors vacuumed. The menu that they had available showed that my out the door would be right around 80 bucks. She hand wrote a quote of $170! I told her I did not want a detail done on my car just those services. She said that the $30 shampoo of seats on the menu was for leather interior. Since when do you shampoo leather? When I told her that I thought the price was ridiculous she laughed at me in my face. She actually laughed. Needless to say I will never go back and anyone reading this I hope you don't go there either. read more

Came here after Rubber Ducky in West Palm refused my business. I'm very glad I did. I had a rental Minivan that I drove to California and back with 4 dogs. I wanted the car cleaned up before I returned it. They did a great job and were all so friendly. I told them my biggest concern was the smell in the car (I smoke) , so they sprayed lots of scent in it so it wouldn't stink. Very attentive and awesome customer service. And the best part, they are very affordable!! $35 to clean the whole inside AND outside of a Dodge Caravan. Rubber Ducky charged me $100 (that's with a discount) to detail a Honda Civic. Better service, better job cleaning and inexpensive?! Even though it's farther for me to drive to, I will only be coming here from now on! read more

Been going there awhile . Never had any problems. Till this past sunday . I locked change in my glove box cause i had $20-30 in quarters i just got back from orlando toll city. Never really thought about it. When the truck came out wheel wells still muddy along with front cowl just quick sloppy job.. They attempted to fix ok. Then i went for my money to do laundry. Most was gone . I called owner more or less called me a liar. Even asked did i misplace monies. O well beware is all i can say. read more

They are horrible and disgusting - be aware and don't go there. these guys have ruined the material on the door of my car, leaving a huge scratch and where denying that. When I picked the car, it was stinking and the beach sand wasn't wiped off properly from the corners here and there. They where ignorant and careless with there comments and when I said that was the first and last time I washed my car with them - they said thats fine! I was pretty impressed when I picked up my car. I was asked to double check that everything was in the right place before leaving. I had picked up everything in the car and put it either in the trunk or the center console so that the car was empty when dropped off. So yes everything seemed to be in the right place. That is until I got on to 95 to drive home and reached in the center console to find my auxiliary cable to plug my iPod in. Yup. Cable was GONE. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that i didn't live in the area when dropping the car off. read more

I wasn't pleased with the wash. Most hand car wash places usually do a great job. I waited for over an hour for my car to come out. Cars got skipped ahead of me and I kept being told that my car was next, it's next, it's next. It might've been an unfortunate occurrence, but it was my only experience with this establishment. Was extra frustrated because I was suppose to pick up my family and was late. Time is just as valuable as the results of the product. Don't waste your time. They did a good job a couple years ago on my wife's car so I went to them a few days ago for a full $120 detail. I was told they were short staffed and didn't have time, and I made an appointment to some back Sunday morning. So I emptied my car fully, arranged for a ride, etc only to show up and have the same guy I made an appointment with tell me he still couldn't do it! This used to be a great car wash but the new owners have a crew that has no service skills. I have been here 45 minutes and the car is still not washed. The crew is moving at a snail pace. Last week we tried to have our truck detailed but after 15 minutes no one even spoke to us. We went down the street and paid for the job. It is a cloudy day with no customers. I was in the area and needed a car wash so I decided to give Brothers Car Wash a try. The place looked brand new and I was greeted by a very nice employee who explained all their services to me. I went with the Platinum Wash and then took a seat in their beautiful waiting area. I couldn't believe the attention and detail to service that they were giving to my car. When the car was finished, I told the manager that the workers did a great job. He then responded by telling me that they're a family run business and this is the kind of quality that you'll expect from us every time you come here. This place washes cars pretty well but the owner is horrific. He is mean to his employees bossing them around as if they don't mean anything. There is no please or thank you coming out of his mouth nor does he talk in a nice manner. He curses more than any one I know. Don't bother looking at their time of operation when you are there. The boss closes whenever he wants. He instead should put a sign on the door saying "open at 8, closes whenever I want to leave". That would be more suitable. read more
