My Hair Dresser and I decided to replace them with new ones so they would look dramatically new and healthy, not because they were ratty or a mess or didn't have life left in them. So I did. Six weeks later, the brand new hair extension,of the same brand, were definitely faulty in color and for some reason!seem to rat up a bit. The color went from Brown to Orange. DID NOT use different product on them. But guess who the Manager at this business blamed? Me.!!!!!!!!! After a year and a half of proving my complete dedication to keeping these hair extensions perfect, " I " all of a sudden don't know how to care of my product. My Hair Dresser wanted an exchange and got denied. Then she requested how about 50% off of a new set and she got denied. What kind of Customer Service is this place? My Hair Dresser doesn't rip me off on selling me these hair extensions or double her money.... She charges me her cost of the hair extensions. She doesn't have anything to gain in this process. She knows, if she keeps me happy, I'll keep coming back to her. But I guess this business doesn't have the same work ethic that my Hair Dresser does. I am so mad for her and disappointed that this company doesn't even allow exchanges or refunds for a bad product... I guess they just think their customers are liars. What a disappointing and disgusting response to a customer that spends thousands of dollars in their shop. After investigation, I see that there are many people that complain about this companies customer service. Shameful. I guess they really don't care what anybody thinks of them.

I messaged Kelli and sent her a photo. It took her four days to get back to me. She said that she can get me in to fix them, but didn't hear from her for another few days. so unprofessional. I had to take to Facebook to find somebody locally that could help fix them. I then paid another hundred dollars for somebody to fix her poor work. 3 1/2 weeks in the side start coming out and popping through my hair. Not only does the mismatched color make it worse, but the popping out at 3 1/2 weeks ?? That should not be happening. I had to have them removed and when I did, the Lady showed me how I had three bald spots in the area where they were popping off on the right hand side of my head. I'm in shock! So basically, a big waste of money, a big waste of time. Very disappointed with not only her communication but her work. Poor customer service bad hair job. AVOID!

She makes you feel comfortable and takes time to address all concerns. I've gotten bora bora and JAC veille styles and these have lasted me for months! I surf and am in the salt water regularly and these styles don't budge. I have always followed the aftercare instructions and my braids always looked on point. I remove my braids myself because I fly in to see Joy (she's that good) and the takedown is fast and easy. You can tell the high quality of the hair used when you're able to take it all down without knots or excessive shedding. Highly recommend!!!
