I'm addicted! My second time here and Annie and Lauren were able to color match my highlight hair so well. I was worried it wouldn't blend well because I have a lob with highlights but they gave me a consultation to make sure they had my color in stock and I added in some dusty pink point extensions again as well. I always wanted to do fun colors but didn't want to bleach my hair so this is the perfect alternative. Highly recommend for those who have never done extensions before! This is only my second time getting extensions and I'm HOOKED!

I've always wanted to grow my hair past my chest, but somehow I never get past that awkward length :-( until I found Lauren at Seoul Crown! She specializes in microbraid hair extension technique, and honestly, it changed everything for me. I've had hair extensions done way back when glue was the only option lol anyone who's been through that knows how damaging it can be: the pulling, breakage, and inevitable hair loss from all that heat and glue. But Lauren's method? Completely different. The extensions feel incredibly lightweight and natural, like they're part of your own hair. There's no tight pulling, no tension headaches!!! She's also so meticulous when it comes to matching and styling the hair. If you look at my pics, you truly can't tell I have extensions on! (I think lol) Beyond the technique, Lauren is just amazing to work with. Super friendly, warm, and made me feel totally at ease the entire appointment. I left with exactly the fresh, confident look I was going for. perfect timing for my Vegas trip! Highly, highly recommend for anyone considering extensions that won't damage your real hair but still give you that dream length and volume. ‍

I was honestly worried about bleaching my hair, so I tried point color extensions instead, and I'm really glad I did No bleach, no damage, and the braiding technique they use is different from what I've seen before. The color looks natural and gave my hair an instant upgrade!! I like that I can change up my look without committing to bleach, and I'm probably going to keep doing it this way. The stylist is really skilled and paid attention to the details, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm very happy with how it turned out and would recommend it if you want color without ruining your hair

Unprofessional, please don't support this business if you care about your time and good service. I had booked my appointment specifically for pink extensions. I communicated with her before booking my appointment through email and added in the reservation notes that I was getting pink extensions. However when I arrived she didn't any. She had very limited colors available and when I asked her if there is nothing else, she said there wasn't. She had a sample of other extension colors which was only brought up when I noticed it in the corner of the studio and asked. She only told me that she could order them when I insisted that I only wanted pink extensions. I ended up rescheduling the appointment but later canceled because I was turned off by her unprofessionalism. I would have been fine with rescheduling if she told me a few days before that she was out of stock for the pink extensions, which she did not. For reference I messaged a DIFFERENT salon afterwards, and that stylist was very open to showing me the colors she offered and what she currently had in stock. It was a 2 hour round trip for me, but regardless of how long it would have taken, she seemed very inconsiderate towards her customers' time and needs. --- I shared my experience through this review and the business owner refused to refund my deposit because of it, saying I'm making false claims. I cancelled the appointment myself through the booking link days before my appointment. My issue is that she should have had the color in stock at my original appointment.

It was my first time ever getting hair extensions, and I had such a great experience! I loved that they don't use glue, which made me feel like it's much healthier for my natural hair. She was very kind and explained everything clearly, so I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. The studio itself is pink, cute, and cozy -- it honestly made me feel like a princess! Her touch was very gentle during the service, and I didn't feel any discomfort at all. She also gave detailed aftercare instructions, which made me trust her even more. 10/10 would recommend! They are so sweet and worked fast. I did 18" extensions and was done in 3.5hrs, but time went by quickly. The place was super clean and cute. I had the best experience with Lauren and Anne. This was my first time getting this type of hair extensions and I'm so glad I did. I have done tape in, sewn in, and clip ons extensions in the past, they were not comfortable at all. This feels so light and comfortable. I got my extensions here for the first time about 2-3 weeks ago and I love them! They still look so pretty and feel super natural. I haven't felt any discomfort at all. I have never considered getting hair extensions before. It's a huge investment, especially financially so I was debating quite a lot whether to go for it. After having my consultation and asking a lot of questions, especially since it being my first time, I must say I am so impressed and absolutely love the way my extensions turned out. Lauren was super kind and considerate to ensure that I felt comfortable before moving forward with the actual process. She made sure my hair was blending in well with the extensions and that I wasn't feeling any sort of discomfort as she was making through each section of my hair. I had a really great experience at Seoul crown extension salon. The shop is beautifully decorated in soft pink tones, giving it a cute and cozy vibe. Since hair extensions can take some time, I appreciated that I could watch Netflix during the process. it made the whole experience more relaxing and enjoyable. Gyuri was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Her extension skills are excellent, and I especially loved that she offered the braiding technique I prefer, which is hard to find in Orange County. I visited the shop twice . after the first appointment, a few strands started to separate a bit, but when I came back, Gyuri fixed them right away without hesitation. She really takes responsibility for her work. It's not easy to find a place in OC that specializes in hair extensions and also does them well, but this salon absolutely delivers. WOW!! LAUREN DID IT AGAIN!!! Lauren is the literally the best hair extension technician in this country! I've been so sad because I had to cut my hair short cuz it was so damage, and she did this wonderful magic to my hair again (LOOK AT HER BEAUTIFUL FLAWLESS WORK!!!!) This is my second time to do my extensions works with Lauren and she never makes me regret with doing hair extensions. My scalp is not itchy or irritated at all even with all this hair, and I love how I can style my hair just as usual because she provides the high-quality human hair for extension! I'm in love not just with my hair but the vibes that she making in her salon make me fall in love even more! She always brings positive, healthy, entertaining mood to her salon, so even whole extension work is taking pretty long time (2-3hrs) but with her, the time always goes too fast! We were consulting about what I want at 2am haha. I love the way they did everything, very fast response, great environment, and they WILL make your hair luscious and beautiful!! While my initial appointments went relatively well, everything changed when I came in with some minor hair matting. Rather than responding with care or professionalism, Christie's demeanor and service took a drastic turn once it became clear that this appointment wouldn't lead to the usual $1,000 every three months for Keratin strand replacements --extensions which, for the record, should not fall out prematurely if applied correctly. Instead of taking the time to properly detangle the matted extensions, Christie cut both my bonded strands and my healthy, natural hair--so severely that I was left with an uneven, choppy, almost bald appearance. I have used Keratin extensions for over 20 years and have never had this happen. Her application technique appears rushed and diluted; the bonds fell out far earlier than they should have, likely due to minimal adhesive and reduced service time--both of which seem designed to maximize her profit, not the client's satisfaction. Because my hair was now too short for Keratin (as a direct result of her poor handling), Christie convinced me to purchase weft extensions. What she failed to disclose was that these wefts are bought at cost from her brother-in-law--a clear conflict of interest that was never communicated to me. Instead, she charged me a 150% markup for thin, poor-quality hair that was see-through and visibly inadequate. This lack of transparency isn't just unethical; it's appalling. What made the experience even more humiliating was how she handled it in real time. Rather than speak to me with professionalism, she continually left the room to vent to her coworkers about "the situation." This behavior was profoundly unprofessional, degrading, and traumatic. I sat in the chair mortified, knowing I was being discussed behind my back while my hair was being hacked off. When I got home and realized just how poor the weft quality was, I immediately contacted her, offered to return the unused hair, and asked for a refund. She refused to take accountability or offer any form of remedy. I was left with damaged hair, a depleted bank account, and a complete sense of betrayal. For anyone considering QUALITY Keratin extensions: they are a bonded product and, if applied with skill and integrity, should last 4-6 months--not begin falling out in weeks. Christie's approach seems to cut corners to ensure repeat visits, regardless of the harm it causes. I cannot overstate how devastating this experience was. The emotional toll of losing my hair--combined with the unethical practices, lack of transparency, and demeaning treatment--makes this the worst salon experience I've ever had. I would strongly caution anyone considering services here to think twice.

Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

The price was around $400-$500, which includes both the high-quality hair and the installation -- definitely worth every penny! I had to cut off my long hair because of the damage after coloring it. I am so relieved that I can enjoy long hair again not damaging! They look and feel incredibly natural, blending perfectly with my own hair. But what really made my experience stand out was the service. Gyuri Kim was AMAZING -- so friendly and professional. Lauren always does an amazing job on my hair!! Her expertise is unmatched and it makes me feel so comfortable, I can trust her with everything. I went in for a touch up to move my extensions up & also wanted color highlights put in. Lauren showed me a few colors and ultimately I went with the ashy gray/brown color. So glad I went with this color because it blended in really nicely with my dark natural color and adds just the right pop of color without standing out too much. The whole process is painless and at this point I've had my extensions on for 6 months with no damage. It's still easy to wash, blow dry, and brush and I don't ever feel pain or tugging. If you take care of your hair you can easily have them on for a year and they're so much better than typical k tip or glue/tape in extensions.
