I depend upon my stylist to be truthful when I ask hair questions regarding color, etc. she had just colored her hair the exact color I was trying to get mine and when I asked her what color she used, etc. she told me it was the shampoo she used! Nevertheless, I believed in her and bought the stupid shampoo. Nod course, my hair did not turn her color! Why would she lie to a client about something so silly? Very disappointing! I was literally fumigated from a dual team (one being the owner) performing a Brazilian Blowout and was not warned, nor even offered a mask AND I had a puppy in my arms that was approved and allowed into the salon. They had absolutely zero extra ventilation such as opening the side door which would have allowed for better conditions. The owner, Paula is out of her mind for not even bothering to contact me after I had to abruptly leave due to a severe migraine and my 10lb puppy literally freaking out and trying to grab its face because the fumes were so toxic. I hate to write this review but I want to warn all those who consider coming to this salon. This salon is not what it markets itself to be. I came initially because I have thin hair and wanted to make sure it didn't get damaged while having extensions. I had them for 5 months and I have bald spots. I am so upset and embarrassed. I kept up with their recommended hair care policy and I'm still left with 50% of the hair I originally had. Another issue is that if your hair stylist makes any mistakes during the installation, you (the guest) have to pay for it. The stylist tied them too loose (despite the salon owner who tried to claimed it was my doing even though I never wear my hair up or style it) and I had to come back twice within 8 weeks to get them retied because they were falling off on the side as far as half way across my head. And I had to pay for it! Absolutely ridiculous. The amount of money I wasted trying to give this salon a chance was a mistake. The lack of understanding and customer service from management is laughable. Please do not come to this salon if you want to maintain healthy hair and your bank account balance. I cannot warn you enough. I wish I got every cent back, don't let the positive Yelp reviews fool you. read more

Would give this a 1 star but the girls are nice. Blowouts here are good. Extensions reinstallment not so much. They placed it too far back for the upper row, too high up for all 3 rows. Had to come back to get this fixed and it still wasn't fixed. It was "better" in terms of the upper row moving forward. But issue with this "fix" is it actually wasn't. It was just to mask the mistakes of another stylist. Chunky and bumpy. Even had a piece sticking out, uncomfortable. Didn't want to go in for the third time so went to another salon and was told the placements were awful. Literally every piece was placed wrong. Multiple complaints by other stylists when getting blowouts. I had to completely get it redone. Wish I never went to this place. Waste of money honestly and so disappointed because this place has a high rating. I have receipts of my payments and confirmation of appointments as well as pictures being in the salon in case they claim they have no record of me in their system as I'm seeing that in their responses to low ratings. read more

I've been using different types of extensions for nearly a decade and so far this method has been the best for my thin/fine hair. Doesn't pull, is not heavy, looks natural.
