She has tons of experience (over 15 years) so you know you will be in good hands. She is also an absolute sweetheart and is so easygoing. Not to mention, the most beautiful red locks! I have always colored my hair with her to achieve that perfect "golden glow" that I wanted. I am always amazed after I get my hair done as she just knows how to get my hair not only a beautiful color but also she knows how to make it smooth, undamaged, and shiny. People always come up to me and ask about my hair so you know the quality is there. I also have the most thick hair and many hairdressers I have been to in the past did not know how to handle it and actually asked me to go to other hair salons. I have been going to Nicole to have my hair cut, highlighted, low-lighted and colored on a monthly basis for almost 2 years. Having really nice, good condition hair with shine, excellent shape, and good color balance is really important to me, and I'm pretty finicky because I feel that having "great hair" makes everyone look a lot younger, etc. Nicole does an outstanding job, and is very reasonably priced, so that I don't feel bad coming monthly. It does NOT seem like a splurge!!! I've used lots of of salons where I felt that the person doing my hair was just going through the motions, were bored, etc. In my experience, Nicole is very professional, very engaged and VERY INVESTED in MY OUTCOME as a salon experience, and how my hair looks when I do it myself so the cut and the color is done in a manner that always looks reasonably good. She is also very open to feedback, considering different approaches, styles, etc., so I feel comfortable asking her about different options, etc. This is very important if you are trying to make sure that your "look" isn't getting stale, old fashioned, or just worn out, or from a prior decade. Last, in my experience she ALWAYS makes our time together feel very luxurious and again, I have been to many many salons, all over the US, and their is no doubt that her PRICING IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE.
