Most important ...she is smart! When we thought we were going to sell our home she provided us with great guidance on selling and buying. After deciding we didn't want to move there was no pressure. She was very happy for us even though she had spent many hours showing us homes and providing us guidance. No pressure at all. She is all about making her clients happy, not making a sale. And soon after they showed us that our dream could become reality. Now- I don't trust many people upon first meeting with the biggest decisions of my life. But there is something about working with Lynne and Maryanne that put my mind at ease. A no stress approach to getting things done. We weren't hit with contracts and papers to sign. There was no pressure to do anything. In fact- We appreciated Maryanne's input on homes we thought could be for us- but she knew better and moved us along. The expertise in real estate is right here. Seller of Ridgewood House…read more We have never dealt with a realtor so unprofessional as Pam Christian. She told us she had several clients actively looking to purchase and that they would be interested in our home. Her proposal was; if we listed with her, she would show our house at an exclusive pre-market price during the staging and preparing process but a showing with her clients never happened, only excuses. Don't think that you as her client will be her priority; you will probably meet with her once. Every step of the process is delegated, which gets very frustrating when you want a clear straight answer and it takes several phone calls because every move still has to be approved by Pam. We thought she had enough experience to have insight to the market value but she proved to be inconsistent with her suggested list price, moving up and down from her original assessment. After making the recommended upgrades and spending over $10,000; we were ready for her professional photographer but we were derailed. It was requested of us to sign a release form withdrawing her from our contract! Pam didn't even have the courtesy to make this call herself ! There is NO excuse nor rebuttal acceptable for this unprincipled conduct.
