Jonsen was always prompt in responding to all of my questions throughout the planning process, which made everything so smooth. We booked their ceremony package with Howard as our emcee, along with the reception package that included DJ, photobooth, and wall drapery with uplighting - and every single element was executed perfectly! Howard was an absolute natural as our emcee - seamless, energetic, and so skilled at keeping the night flowing. I designed a logo and sent it over, but I accidentally wrote 2027 instead of 2026--and unfortunately, that mistake wasn't caught before printing. However, on the wedding day, Harris noticed the error right away and fixed it on the spot. He went above and beyond by reprinting everything with the correct date and even sent me an updated photo album afterward. If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is. Henry told us not to worry and that even though he already had 2 other events that day, he had a backup photobooth for my niece's Sweet 16! They squeezed us in and were very professional doing so.
