I live in Prosper and we used to come here a lot. Visited for the 2nd time this year, the place is really getting run down. Lots of broken tables, lights falling down, everything is dirty. Who ever owns this place: Do some basic maintenance and keep it nice and clean! Come on man. I did not attach photos of the broken tables and lights, did not have enough time to take all the photos. I was in Dallas for the weekend and stopped by Silo Park in Propser for some delicious craw fish. The food truck scene here is starting to pick up, giving people many options to choose from! I'm pretty accustomed to it and people are stoked to see it in North Dallas. There's a ton of both indoor and outdoor seating available. A couple of people were with their pets enjoying the sunny weather outside. Others were out with their families for a late afternoon lunch/early dinner. The staff is friendly and there's a full bar with a TV inside if you want to catch a game. Cold beer, sodas (free refills), and good company. read more

We went in a weeknight after dinner at The Gin. The location is cute. It was perfect for sitting outside. When we got there it was one female bartender and 3 adults and a newborn as customers. The couple who had the baby and one other person who I could tell if it was someone with them or not. It took forever to be acknowledged when we were at the bar (nobody was in the back and nobody else was there so it couldn't be that we weren't seen) and it wasn't near closing time. We sat outside and enjoyed the night - were never followed up with once and then we left. It just seemed strange that it was that dead and no real service feel. She wasn't rude- just didn't seem like she wanted to engage. I will try it again to see if it was a one off. read more

A little hidden gem in Prosper. We lived here for sometime and just now found it. Kids love it as they have space for activities. Bar inside is usually fun atmosphere with live music that can be heard if you are sitting outside on the benches. Food trucks provide enough variety in food that everyone is happy. read more

We have had the best experience today at the Silo park! Such a sweetie behind the bar is Grace! She is chatty and will get u a cold one quickly! We tried a few of the food trucks, all were so yummy! We played some games, enjoyed the sun, and also enjoyed the air conditioning! This was worth the drive from Dallas for something out of the box! read more

We had high expectations for Silo Park since we have some really cool experiences at these types of venues. But we realized quickly that this mainly a place where young adults could gather and let their kids run wild and unattended. Nevertheless, we love kids so we settled down on a picnic table that was covered in bird poo. I went to the bar and got napkins to wipe the table, no staff was doing that. There was a wait in the line at the bar for about 10 minutes. So I loaded up on beer, cokes and mixed drinks. Bar staff was really friendly and sitting at the bar would have been a good experience. So I decided to get some food. There were two food trucks there. One had weird food, not American junk food. The other had hamburgers, fries, chicken strips, etc. So I ordered a hamburger and 2 orders of fries. I give that meal 1 Star cause I can't give it 0 Stars. The meat must have been cooked earlier in the day, was cold, dried out and void of any moisture at all. The fries were cold, under cooked and tasteless. If you have young kids, this is the place to go and get away for a while. The kids will have fun running all of the place and screaming their little heads off. If you want a relaxing time listening to live music and enjoying some food and drink, this will not be a good experience. read more

Silo Park is great. Food trucks rotate daily. They have an inside bar with tables, TVs, and A/C. The food trucks today were good. We had some street tacos from Tacos Bites and Beats and brisket sandwiches from Poppa's Pit BBQ. They have tons of space - lots of tables and a few cornhole boards if you need to keep busy. There aren't many places to let your kids run and have fun while you get to enjoy a meal and drink, so coming the the Silos always sounds like a good option. However, food truck options are either always the same or not many choices for adults/children to enjoy. Would love to see this place step it up in this area. read more

We have driven past this place numerous times and always wanted to check it out. We finally did and they did NOT disappoint. They had TONS of Texas beers and any mixed drink that you might want. The food truck of the night was very reasonably priced and very good. The bartenders all were very accommodating and turned the heater on for us when we asked. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back here when we can catch some live music also! read more

This place is so much fun! There is one entrance and exit, so are kids run and play with their friends and you can monitor a little easier. They have great rotating food trucks, and a great selection at the bar. Corn hole ready to go as well. Feels like we are having with friends in the backyard without a mess or cleanup. We decided to try this place out tonight. There were so many kids. None of them were being watched by their parents. It was like lord of the flies. The kids were incredibly rude and their parents incredibly drunk. The demographic is young families with parents that want to party but not hire a baby sitter.
