Pretty spacious place that offers a wide range of food and drink options. Everything we ordered tasted great, came out in a timely manner, and everyone devoured what they had. We ordered a pepperoni flatbread, which was crispy and the perfect portion. The Mac and cheese had far more flavor than I expected and was eaten without a fuss and in its entirety (for a kid, that's a feat). The burger was simple, but great. The wings were extra crispy, and the different drinks were tasty as well. Our server was fantastic and we will certainly be back one evening.

Its located in the same parking lot as the elementary school and is the only restaurant/bar in the parking lot. Upon walking in you'll see the bar and plenty of seating as well as a patio. Since we came in the middle of the week on a late afternoon we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Our waitress came over who was really sweet and had that southern Texas charm. I ordered the elote with homemade tortilla chips, gluten free Mac n cheese and my mom got a flatbread. Hands down that mac n cheese was the best I ever had, it was so creamy but not over powering with that bold cheese flavor and it was made with gf penne pasta (I know a little weird.. but it was the only gf noodle choice I had). If you don't have an allergy I'm sure the regular noodles are just as good! So if you want that comfort food that Texas is known for, this is the place to check out if you're in Celina.

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. Endive salad was pretty dry, very little dressing. So I mixed it in with the potatoes and cheese/butter.

We started with the buffalo deviled eggs, which were honestly a standout--creamy with just the right amount of kick and a fun twist on a classic. I also ordered a salad that had candied pecans, apples, and grapes, topped with chicken that was cooked absolutely perfectly--so tender and flavorful. It's one of those dishes that feels light but still really satisfying. The ambience is what really makes this place special. It's super cute and thoughtfully designed--fun wallpaper, cozy green sofas, and really stylish light fixtures that give it a warm, inviting vibe. You can tell a lot of intention went into the space. We had the chance to meet the owner, Amy, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming--it's always a good sign when the owner is that engaged. Our server was also fantastic--very attentive, kind, and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Location-wise, it's just off Main Street, kind of tucked away to the side, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. There's a great view, plus both indoor and outdoor seating, and the water tower right there adds a really charming touch. Since it's newly opened, I'm really hoping they do well--this place deserves it. I also heard they'll be expanding into the suite next door, which is exciting. I took a peek at their dinner and brunch menus, and I'll definitely be back to check those out soon. Such a cute spot with great food, great people, and a great vibe.

The venue is designed to resemble a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with an entrance accessible through a rotary phone inside a red telephone booth (which actually works!). Our tour was led by Jamie, who shared his extensive knowledge as he guided us through the Prohibition Era alongside our concierge, Landon. The speakeasy features stunning floors made of 120-year-old Italian wood, beautifully decorated with art, books, and a selection of premium entertainment and spirits. Patrons can request "prescriptions," which are 2oz alcoholic shots inspired by the owner's grandfather, who was a pharmacist. Cocktails and friendly service was provided by Emma and Kyle, their services were a nod to Bob Ruede, RPB's renowned Intoxicologist, along with other award-winning bartenders recognized for their excellence in service and hospitality. Eric, the Cigar Attendant, is knowledgeable about how to properly enjoy an exceptional cigar experience. The Mafia Room is an exclusive space perfect for guys' and girls' nights, intimate events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The indoor seating is sleek, and the cigar room adds a fun, classy touch for those who want it. We sat outside and loved every bit of it -- the drinks were flavorful and beautifully garnished, and the food hit the spot. This will definitely become a go-to for locals and to take out of town guests. That said, the soft opening felt very mismanaged. Their website said noon on Sunday, and we had a reservation for 3, but when we arrived early at 2, we were told they were closed until 4 -- and they literally locked the gate behind us. We weren't alone either -- several other guests were milling around confused and frustrated. Eventually, they said they'd open at 3, but when we came back, the gate was still locked. After enough guests showed up and clearly weren't thrilled, they opened up. There were a lot of managers in full suits, which felt a bit mismatched for the laid-back, Texas-modern vibe they're going for. Frankly, if this was any other experience, I'd give it a 2 star based on how I felt we were treated, but am giving some grace for the launch and hoping they work it out since the food and venue are so standout. The place has all the ingredients to be incredible if they iron out logistics and better define the experience.

They were not only beautifully crafted but absolutely delicious--each sip had us dreaming of swaying palm trees, ocean breezes, and a Hawaiian getaway. We loved both the Mai Tais and the Beachy Bookkeeper! We decided to share a few appetizers. The Meatballs al Forno was my favorite...packed with flavor and perfect for enjoying with friends over drinks. The Heirloom Tomato Burrata was okay however, the tomatoes didn't seem ripe and were hard and chewy. The Lobster in a Jar was tasty - on the pricey side if you ask me though... One of my favorite things about this spot is the ambiance. The lighting is low (and by low I am flat out dark where you almost can't see your hand in front of your face), creating a dark, cozy, and intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a place to escape for a few hours, the vibe here is spot on. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which only added to the experience. Tiki Tuesday has officially become one of my favorite weekly traditions. Great drinks, delicious appetizers, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere--what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back next Tuesday for another little island escape. Walk in via J Theodore, the ohone booth is to the left. It's a cool novelty calling with a book name to enter via the book shelf. Once inside the speak easy area there were two seating options. The Library which is set away from the open lounge area and quieter or the lounge area with the bar. They would not let us pick our spot despite seating being available. We opted for the lounge area as the seat offered to us there was better to our preference. The tables are packed quiet tightly which i dont like personally but i get it. That tidbit aside it is definitely a cool environment. Service was really nice and the food we ordered was great. I presume it's the same menu as J Theodore so I'm going to have to try that now for a more restaurant style meal. This is a cool place to hang out and bring friends imo. Since we don't really drink we'll probably end up at the restaurant next time as it's not easy to eat on tiny tables. It's a bar/lounge after all.
