    just now New I signed…read moremy lease on 8/20/2025...I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to do extensive research before signing a lease. My experience here has involved ongoing health and safety issues, delayed maintenance, and what feels like retaliation after raising legitimate concerns. For months I repeatedly reported bed bug activity and multiple mouse entry holes in my unit. These concerns were documented and even observed by pest control technicians who submitted work orders to have the holes sealed. Despite this, nothing was done for months. A recent K9 pest inspection confirmed bed bug activity -- the exact issue I had been reporting all along. In addition, a maintenance issue caused a water leak that ran overnight and damaged my belongings. Instead of addressing the problem immediately, the water was allowed to sit in the carpet while I was at work, leaving my apartment smelling like mildew and creating further damage. When tenants raise legitimate habitability concerns, they should receive timely repairs -- not delays, dismissive responses, or legal pressure. After continuing to report these issues, I was ultimately forced to escalate the situation by contacting the Health Department and initiating a rent escrow action to protect my rights as a tenant. No resident should have to involve government agencies or the court system just to have basic health and safety concerns addressed. Unfortunately, that has been my experience here. I encourage you to document everything and make use of the appropriate tenant protection resources available through your local government and courts.
