They have hired a cleaning staff, that have been cleaning up the entire building. We now have security staff coming three times a day, which they have secured doors. The young lady, Esther is friendly, and she shows a lot of empathy for the tenants, which are seniors. She is also professional and is following rules and regulations, including HIPAA regulations. Melvin has done so much maintenance work, fixing things in my apartment that needed repairs years ago. He now has an assistance who also demonstrates good work. I appreciate them.
