He also did not properly describe the house, there are major foundation, wall, and ceiling cracks. The fireplace was never cleaned as promised and does not even function properly. Our dryer barely drys clothes and takes 4-5 cycles. I could go on many more paragraphs but will leave it at this; I am highly disappointed and would not recommend Kyle.

They would even follow up with us when we may have let a contractor slip through the cracks. I highly recommend them and all their staff has been nothing but courteous and kind. Claire was my specific point of contact and whatever they are paying her isn't enough for how hard that girl works. She doesn't miss a beat and always makes times for tenant questions or concerns. The information she gives me to service her properties is always correct, and she pays her invoices on time. Also, she answers my correspondence in a timely manner. Don't you wish everyone did that? We sent at least six emails and texts that have gone unanswered trying to make sure we followed the expected protocol to meet move-out expectations. I ended up hunting down the owner's phone number to get any guidance on how to best get them the keys to their home since Greg refused to respond. We were out of the home on April 30th and have since continued to receive payment reminders for May and June rent for a home we don't live in. The May payment request is now showing past due with a penalty applied, which is distressing and frustrating. We emailed him in May to ask him to remove us from the system since we turned the keys over on April 30th. Given the lack of communication, it also likely goes without saying we've heard nothing about our security deposit. Greg made what was already a stressful moving experience infinitely worse. Do not do business with this company. They don't care about you, and certainly don't seem to care about representing themselves well.

I FLEW TO DENVER TO SEE THE PROPERTY AND FINALIZE EVERYTHING!! There was a small holdback with my pay stubs but was in the process of ironing it out. After ten days of jumping through hoops and being assured the process was "first come, first served," they rented the property to someone else.
