We hired Silvana for a post construction cleaning job. I was disappointed with the poor customer service. On the day of service there were two unexpected surprises which results in the poor review. First, she failed to show up herself after we initially met and I walked her through the cleaning instructions and she said see you in a few days. She sent a crew that not only didn't know what to clean but also didn't speak English making it difficult to explain to them what needed to be done. Then, when the job was complete, Silvana quoted a different and higher price for the job! I don't recommend this service because a simple job turned bad quickly. read more

I booked with Silvana due to many great reviews and her ability to come on short notice. I informed her that my house was in need of a very deep clean, more than what my cleaners do on a regular basis. She quoted us when she arrived at $300 and did the same as what my cleaners typically do for $75. There are still cobwebs in corners of the walls, dirty window blinds, and dusty shelves all around the house. I am unsure what the $300 paid for because I did not receive a deep cleaning of my home. This is the so called cleaning job these woman did. Paper towel is what I cleaned after they supposedly cleaned. Frauds who just do a quick surface clean. They said they cleaned the kitchen but didn't even bother to clean the floors. Also a wall that they completely ignored. Silvana's team came within a few days of my request. They did a thorough deep clean and when they were done, the place felt like it was sparkling. To give a few examples: they unscrewed and cleaned the inside of my glass globe light fixtures (unasked); they cleaned underneath my dresser; and they dusted every single surface / shelf / small object in the entire place (20+ shelves with decorative items on all). I opted for Silvana's for a deep clean as they had better rates than some other competitors in the area. Silvana and her staff arrived on time and communication beforehand was prompt. I was mostly satisfied with the work they did on my apartment. However, when I walked into my bathroom, the tub and the tiles around were not cleaned thoroughly. I ended up taking a piece of toilet paper to wipe off the dirty residue that was left behind after they "cleaned" it. Silvana ended up calling her staff back up to clean it again. However, they told me most of the residue could not come off (which I don't believe) and 3/4 of the dirty grout was left as is. As previous reviews have stated, they seem to give up easily on things that are tougher to clean. read more

I am absolutely thrilled with the job done by Silvana's team. I requested a deep clean in a Boston apartment I'm moving into, and last minute threw on an oven cleaning too - the team handled it beautifully and the apartment is cleaner than it's ever been. I was worried about the little corners and behind certain objects, they got every nook and cranny. The only thing is they arrived an hour early - however I bet that was because I requested the additional oven cleaning last minute (I ran my hand inside the oven and nothing came up, it was fantastic!).
