Thankfully they have not yet completely vanished. From beginning to end, Bill Ullrich and his two sons, Chase and Hans, were a pleasure to work with. They built and installed my new upper kitchen cabinets, and then modified and refaced the lower cabinets, with a level of skill and attention to detail that I've seldom seen before. Yet their prices were at or below those of their several local competitors. The installation required three full days. So, of course, I offered to let them keep their tools and equipment in place until they returned on the second and third days. Despite my offer, they insisted on completely cleaning up the workspace and removing all of their tools and protective coverings at the end of each work day. Except for the visible parts of the cabinets that had not yet been installed, you might not have even known that my kitchen was under construction. It was simply amazing. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

My first encounter with them was when I was picking through their bone yard to come up with some quartz countertops for bathrooms in 2 houses. Anne was so accommodating working with me even though I knew she had so many other clients with big projects on her plate. As time went on our original countertop installer completely dropped the ball regarding the kitchen for both houses. Never ordered the quartz and never communicated the debacle to us. After many inquiries I found out that our colour choice had been discontinued. These were 2 custom homes. I reached out to Jason and Anne from Olympic they dove right in and saved the day, not without a ton of legwork, follow-up and extra effort to find the last two slabs in the US of the one quartz colour from the original order. The other order, let's just say, they are miracle workers. But it gets even better.... Original installer told me I needed more than the 2 slabs to do our kitchen and master bath, BUT Jason came out and cleverly templated our site. The countertops have a design that connotes a rhythm to it and their technicians (artists) cut the tops and waterfalls as to not interrupt its intent. From top to bottom this is a business that you will want to work with. You can see that everyone appears to enjoy their job and their clients. Refreshing in today's world.

My agent and I both had to drive in 50 minutes of traffic. We got to the house on time but had to wait for her. She was pretty cold and spoke just a few words during the meeting. There were some frustrating incidents and arguments during the cabinet installation that could have been completely avoid. Overall I was barely satisfied. I had to push very hard to get some of the quality issues fixed and it involved multiple trips. I will do much more research next time before I pay someone to do any work in my house again.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window.
