These guys are legit. Honestly, they are pretty hard to beat for the price. Even if you paid more, there is no guarantee the results would be better. We got another bid from a highly rated vendor and it was 70% higher. I'm not kidding. Communication was more difficult than expected due to language barriers. The staff was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We only rated them a 4 for a few reasons. While they say they are happy to fix any problems, it's clear that they felt like we were nit picking. We found a couple of hairs in the finish, which isn't surprising. However, they removed them without buffing the finish so the outline is still there. There are areas where we can see swirls in the finish. I had a hallway and master bedroom that were carpeted with hardwoods underneath. I removed the carpet and tack strip myself. The floors were covered in paint and holes from the tack strip. Quang came out and gave me a free quote and they were able to get started within a week or so. They did an amazing job to make these old painted floors look new again. It took 3 days total. Most of the work was done on the first day and then they came back the next 2 days to apply another coat of finish which took no more than an hour.
