These guys are legit. Honestly, they are pretty hard to beat for the price. Even if you paid more, there is no guarantee the results would be better. We got another bid from a highly rated vendor and it was 70% higher. I'm not kidding. We only rated them a 4 for a few reasons. I had a hallway and master bedroom that were carpeted with hardwoods underneath. I removed the carpet and tack strip myself. The floors were covered in paint and holes from the tack strip. Henry recently resurfaced the floors of our early 20th century Craftsman Home in the Central District of Seattle. He and his team did an exceptional job.
