We had Ludek and David install beautiful laminate floors on short notice and they did SUCH a great job. Ludek provided the estimate and quote, coming out to our home when it was convenient to us (6:30pm on a Tuesday!). While measuring, he pointed out things we could do ourselves to save money. From the first time we contacted Ludek to days after the job was finished, he continually kept in touch via text/calls/emails so that we were always "in the know." His honesty, pricing, communication, and dedication to a perfect job made this entire interaction enjoyable! David was the point of contact for the crew during install and he was also fantastic to work with. We had an honest miscommunication regarding caulking and David came out first thing the following day to finish the job. Honestly, these guys deserve your business for what they do - honest hard work that is gorgeous when finished. But I would also recommend them for their personalities. Ludek just installed high quality laminate flooring throughout one of my rental units. Ludek responded promptly to my initial inquiry and gave me a fair estimate for the work, which he stuck to exactly. He showed up exactly when expected and sent me update pictures throughout the day so I could monitor the installation remotely. After inspecting the floors and new trim work installed by Ludek in person, I must say the place looks like a totally new unit! In fact, it looks better than my personal home and now I'm thinking I need Ludek to come out and do some work on my house. One last thing. Perfect!!! The installation was done fast and great, wide selection of high-quality materials with a very competitive pricing. It was not easy to get a project done these days. I tried to work with Home Depot and got the special order. I was told by the rep that I needed to call the installer once the material arrived, which should take 2 weeks for the installer to come. I waited for 2 weeks for the special order to arrive, and I called the installer. The installer told me I needed to wait for 6 weeks for them to come to do the job for me. Lol 6 weeks. So I tried to search on Yelp and got a number of quotes. Ludomir sent me a message and explained everything, pricing, what's included and what's extra in detail. The pricing is the most competitive I received. He also told me he could start the project as soon as the end of the week. They finished all the job the on time as they promised. We hired WA Flooring to take out our carpet and old hardwood and replace it with hardwood throughout the whole downstairs. It was a great experience and we are so happy that we chose them. Ludek was very responsive, answering all my questions. We had squeaky floors and he took the time to fix the squeaks before installing the new floor. We also unexpectedly encountered an odd situation in our kitchen, where the builder had installed hardwood under the cabinets. Ludek took it in stride, figured out the best solution, and moved forward with it. Being a bit of a perfectionist, there were a few minor things that I wanted adjusted and Ludek immediately took care of them. They drove all the way down from Seattle same day to show me some samples and give me a quote. They remained available via phone calls and text to answer my questions. They understood I was operating on a budget and helped me pick a layout that would look great, while still being cost effective. I hired them on the spot. Lets me start by saying that I had had three quotes prior to Ludik and three ultimate failures as far as following through to get the job done. I will not name companies, but some were pretty big in town, one was recommended, and the other was a middle man. But not one of those followed through or returned my request. Ludik and his partner Angel or Angelo, can't remember his exact name, were not only thorough and consistent, but very professional and conscientious of their work. At no point during, installation, did I feel as if I had made a mistake in hiring Ludik and his partner. My husband and I had installed flooring in the past and have a lot of experience but because of our age and time limitations we decided to go with an installer, and we have no regrets. Our manufactured wood floor is perfectly lined, perfectly installed and have no creaks, or installation flaws. Ludik was meticulous with the care of the floor and the use of the tools for installation. He and his partner cleaned up everything afterward. We also had some adjustments made along the way and he and his partner were quick to satisfy our needs and comply with our changes. I had last minute issues with the molding I was painting and Ludik was able to install all the molding, and even though I was short some length, he made it work in such a way that everything worked out. As far as his pricing, I have to say that Ludik was beyond reasonable and fair with his pricing. He not only gave me an exact quote, he also did not pad the square footage to his advantage, unlike the previous three quotes I received. I am very happy with Ludik's work ethic, happy-go-lucky attitude, and devotion to not just getting a job done, but doing it with pride. If I had more work that needed done, I would, without hesitation, have Ludik doing the work. There is a lot to be said for people who love what they do, and this is evident in Ludik and Angel. We had a tree fall thru our roof in nov and i called ludek about an estimate. we said to wait until more work had been done. so when i called back in feb. he came out and did an estimate and gave me a few suggestions on what would look good. he showed me a limited number of samples but i was able to pick from those. we ordered flooring which was held up by the port strike for 2 weeks and with no end in sight he suggested picking an alternate floor (or we had the option to wait) we went down to the showroom and picked something else. they were able to get my 900 sq. of floors done in 1 day. i'm totally blown away by the awsome workmanship and beauty they left behind. we had lots of un-even floors they had to match by using transition pieces. my floors look flawless, i've had tons of compliments on it. they gave me a detailed invoice for our insurance company (which i submitted myself) and worked within our budget ( we were even able to add 2 extra areas because the pricing was so good), we will be calling them soon to do another room. read more

We were looking to have laminate flooring installed in our home and we found WA Flooring LLC on Yelp. We got in touch with them and promptly had our floor dimensions measured so that we could get a quote. We worked with Adel who was very helpful and his team of installers were very professional and a pleasure to work with. A huge plus was the fact that they were able to squeeze in the installation of our flooring during the holidays. It was a week after Christmas and people were understandably in vacation mode but we wanted the floors finished before moving in on New Year's Eve. David and his partner (I regrettably didn't catch the other guy's name) got it done right on schedule. The aforementioned partner-installer also fixed one of our doorknobs so that the door would close properly. It was great that Adel was willing to work with us with our budget. Approximately a year and a half ago we had Wanot Flooring install hard laminate flooring to our entry stairs and top floor which included the dining, kitchen, living rooms, the halls, bedrooms and a few closets. We obtained multiple in house estimates which included exact measurements and the process was timely. Ludek provided a professional and knowledgeable presentation. His laminate materials were commercial grade which means they were thicker and more durable than Pergo from Home Dep. His pricing was considerably less as well. Wanot Flooring professionally removed all existing carpet and kitchen linoleum and did an incredible job on the selected laminate. They were very skilled in removing the existing boarders and we were able to reuse them which saved. We continue to be very happy with our decision choosing Wanot Flooring. read more
