Unless he has a magic programmer I didn't see. I was charged $60.00 and if I paid cash there would be no tax. Very dishonest. I would not use these guys for anything. Whole ordeal took only about 10 minutes. If I locked my dog in my car I would call a locksmith out of El Paso before I used these fools. I am a disabled vet and money is tight.
