Recently I attempted to return a defective battery pen I had purchased. I calmly offered to buy food instead of requesting a refund, showed my bank transaction as proof of purchase, and politely asked for either a replacement or my money back. When I mentioned the standard 30-day return window, the owner became visibly irritated and raised his voice. He screamed that I would not be ordering any food and that there were no returns. Despite my long-term loyalty and significant spending, he made the interaction hostile and only provided a replacement after I stated I would need to call an officer to evaluate the situation. He then told me to leave the premises. I have never encountered a business OWNER with this kind of mentality over such a minor issue. As a direct result, I will no longer be returning as a customer. Anyone considering shopping here should be aware of how even a long-term, high-value client can be treated. They didn't gave any receipts. But I had the bank statement to proof. I had bought on Last Sunday at night march 15th . And today is march 18th. The pen battery never was able to hold any charge .

We recently had a housewarming party and used RFM for our food options. Our guests were thoroughly impressed by the food and the quality. Everyone HAD to know where we got the food from. One guest even said the pepper steak reminded her of her grandmothers when she was growing up. What a compliment! The service is good as well. It is definitely a predominantly Spanish speaking location but as a non-Spanish speaker, we've had no issues getting in our orders or interacting with the staff. Tip: I was able to fix the rice by putting it in a bowl and adding a little water to it and then covering with a paper towel. This softened it up. Spaghetti and Meatballs- 4/5- The small size was perfect for my son but it contained peppers inside. He was not a fan. I thought it was good but if you don't like peppers in your food maybe stay clear of this one. Acapurria- 4/5- I received it cold as if it has been sitting out. While you may still be able to pump gas, pay inside or outside and shop for "gas station munchies", you can also indulge in some Jeremiah's Italian Ice AND Capitol Tacos (both located in the inside). It seems there may be a pizza place plotting to come next as there is a stone fire or wood fire grill in the open space. Can't wait to find out. The Capitol Taco's menu is modified, it does not have your shrimp options, but it does still offer breakfast tacos and other proteins. I usually stop by for Jeremiah's, because I always have a sweet tooth.

I go here mostly for the quick hot food, and the service is always friendly. The portion size is measured on certain foods, but always large portions when possible. Lots of hungry hard working people eat here. Sometimes they get busy with long lines at the food and check out counter both, but the wait isn't too long. They serve hot food from morning until early evenings, 6 days a week. The rest of the place is your standard gas station quick mini mart type of place, as expected. Don't forget to request some hot sauce to go!

The cost here is much better than wee (online Chinese grocery store). I wish they had more locations because this is the only Asian supermarket that has everything I want.
