Terrible experience. My wife and I stopped by during our annual Spring Break visit to the area. We were looking at a IWC and JLC watch and were given prices on both of them. Once we left I was looking online and the actual JLC manufacturer's website had the watch we were looking at priced for $900 less than Yamron's. When we inquired why via email, the salesman told us there had recently been what he termed a "small" price drop. No apology, no admission of having the wrong price, nothing. They made it out to seem it was the fault of the manufacturer. Must be nice to be a jewelry salesman and feel that $900 is such an insignificant figure. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If I could possibly give a jeweler a zero, I would. This was previously owned by a HORRIBLE jeweler, Bruce Yamron, who lost an Omega necklace...THEN, Yamron had my Patek Philippe supposedly "stolen" from someone's home as it was to be sent for its service...What kind of company let's their employees take home watches valued in the 10's+ thousands of dollars? So, fast forward to today...a guy named "Benji" purchases the company, sees that I had posted a very bad review of his newly purchased company and he BEGS me to take the review down and has my husband and I make a special trip to Waterside to meet with him and "make things right." We made a trip over there, and Benji immediately introduced me to one of Yamron's workers who had been there for 12 years and instead of "making things right," BENJI and company tried to tell me the "junk" that Yamron gave me(Bvlgari, which they still try to sell and say it's a great "investment) is worth nothing since it's 10 years old. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! We have lived in Naples since 1972(my husband) and 1984(my family and myself). These people have NO TIES or cares for our community! read more
