I found out about LJ studios through the moms group on FB. I submitted an inquiry on line and pretty much did all communications via emails. Since there is some uncertainty to dates, Laura did a great job of keeping in contact to lock down a day after delivery. Day of, we showed up on time to her studio, which is in a house in the Lindberg park area if you are familiar with Culver City. So lots of parking all over in residential area. She gave us some options for color schemes and looks and whisked the baby away for her shoot. Then before you know if, it's done! She is really good with communicating ETAs and sending previews. We did a view thru zoom to pick photos and i think it was less than two weeks later they were edited and in my inbox! The photos all turned out beautifully.

I love LIVE customer service, which is practically obsolete in our digital world. My daughter needed headshots for Musical Theater and the sooner, the better. Bradley said his turn around time was typically 24 hours to receive the photos (huge plus!) He was super helpful in recommending colors that would complement her skin tone. We arrived to Bradley's beautiful studio in the Arts District of DTLA. We opted to have him do her makeup for the photo shoot. Bradley is legitimately one of the most down to earth people we've encountered. You know how you meet someone and you instantly know you can trust them and they truly care about you? Well, that's how we felt! My daughter's makeup looked perfect and he even touched up her hair a bit. During the session, he was so positive and encouraging. The vibe he created really showed in her photos. She felt confident and comfortable. We are over the moon with the headshots. It has been really hard to narrow it down and pick a few favorites. So bottom line-There may be photographers that charge less. But I feel that we really got what we paid for and it was worth every penny. I didn't just pay for some digital photos. I paid for an exceptional experience for my daughter as well as stunning photography. I highly recommend Bradford and I'm confident we'll be back for another session in the future!

The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items.
