Its good. I went to do passport pic at say cheese charge close to $15 with tax. He takes a few pic and you choose which one you want. I also Did one just around the corner at memory portrait and liked the quality better and was $12. 1st pic is with say cheese 2nd with memory portrait. I think the quality of the paper matters. It always comes out better on matte paper which memory portrait use but you have to ask for it, than glossy paper which say cheese use. read more

I'm very pleased with the pictures from Memory Portraits, I took 2yr old for pictures, they specialize in vintage photography, however I wanted something different, and they were able to accommodate the scenes I was going for, my toddler was not cooperating and the photographer was able to get her attention, make her smile and get great shots. I had originally went to JCPenney for information but I wasn't too pleased with them so I decided to stop by Memory Portraits and liked the prices and I believe it was Lucho who helped me answer my questions. I scheduled an appointment to get my son's picture taken for his HS graduation. Jose was our photographer and he was super nice and was real kind to my son. He let us choose the pictures we wanted and did not rush us at all and also answered our questions. I took my daughter for her 1st year smash photo shoot , and my experience was amazing! The photographer was Jose, and he was so patient with us and my one year old that wouldn't stop crying Lol. We had to take breaks in between each picture because she would start crying. Jose was amazing! The session didn't go like I expected, but Jose got some amazing pictures and poses. These people are are weird!!! i went for my maternity shoot and i got good pictures like around 6 poses and i was only allowed to pick 2 for the package i payed i asked if i could come back and buy the others and he said no it had to be right then and there. I honestly don't recommend this place because they rush you. I got there on time and they were still having a session. DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP OR HAIR DONE BY THEM. It's definitely not worth your money. I expected to have a professional makeup artist and it was an old lady that does 2000 vibes makeup. I had to redo my makeup in the restroom because it was so bad. To top it all off she didn't clean her brushes before any use. They definitely need a professional makeup artist. read more

I should have gone with my gut and left as soon as I saw how careless the photographer was about wanting my business. Don't know their names but they seem to be a couple in this place. The lady was somewhat nice and told us they accepted walk-ins;however, my wife saw some of their nice props and clothes and asked if our 3 girls could try them on, she said usually with appointment but yes. I tried asking her and the guy questions about the packages because I wanted digital prints as well. The guy said "we'll talk about it later and he left to attend other customers. I tried asking the lady and she said yes, but also stated that we can choose packages after taking pics. One of my girls is 7 months old and I assume that a photographer should know that a baby requires more time for photos. The lady took pics first a little rushed, then the guy took over, the rude guy I should say. He rushed so much and did not take any good pics. As we were trying to select at least one good pic for the baby, he seemed upset because my baby was not smiling. He said that he has no control of my daughter's demeanor (I never said he did) and frankly I didn't appreciate his tone of voice. The whole session lasted like 25 mins or less. I asked if we could make another appt since we didn't like the pics and he got more upset and started raising his voice. He said that next time make an appt and what was he gonna do with all those pics? I said l, well the pics didn't come out very good and he rushed the whole session. He was making it seem that he rushed because we didn't have an appt and he had other appts waiting. I aksed him then why did he accept our business and should have told us from the beginning that an appt was required. He was very unprofessional, rushed pics, what do you expect. He also complained that too many people walking by were asking too many questions, so maybe he should shut his doors and say appts only! Then he wanted to charge us $15 for our appt. I said peace! Took newborn pictures for my daughter in January 2016, and had to come back to take family portraits because Jose and Sabrina did such an amazing job the first time. Both were very professional and understood what we wanted. I've gotten so many compliments on the newborn photos I had taken here. Came back last week to take Christmas portraits and they had the cutest props for kid pictures! Jose was very nice and tended to us perfectly. I don't recommend this place at all.... they had this special for a picture of 11X14 for $15.00 dollars I thought it was good specially for my 8 months baby and specially since they had a Xmas theme going on...me and husband ask if we choose the picture we want she said yes but we had to pay cash the same day and come back for her to take the pic. It was no problem until after the pictures were taken we had to wait a week...we go in and we're so disappointed because the photographer chose the picture for us we would think since he's a professional he would of pick a good one....ofcoarse I informed him that the info. He gave me was not what I agree or pay for....he was unprofessional him and he's staff...they told me to come back just because I wanted my husband to see the picture he was angry and upset those people just want your money they try telling you just to take everything for about 100 bucks less still to much I walked out paying 15 bucks for a 8X10 read more
