I spoke to him several times over the course of a month or so and he was always very pleasant and patient. I did a walkthrough a couple of days before the party with the catering captain that went very well, but when this person arrived on site for the party on Friday, her conduct when she arrived was concerning. She was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary disruption in the lobby of our building - the rest of her Team were wonderful and did a great job. Another issue was food presentation, it was not at all what we anticipated based off of conversation or website photos. The assortment of desserts we ordered we served on very used cookie baking sheets for example (see photos). Food labels were also not provided so attendees could not easily identify items, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The service also felt rushed and somewhat disorganized, despite the catering team arriving early for setup and being asked to be setup at a specific time. Overall, the food was just okay, but nothing stood out over the rest - we ordered heavy appetizers like the Cranberry Chili Meatballs, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Honey Garlic Chicken Skewers, Italian Shrimp, Mini Falafel with Spiced Hummus, Turkey Sliders and Tomato Mozzarella Arancini plus a assortment of different desserts as mentioned above. I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned. There was not a single guest who didn't comment on the tacos and more than a few asked for his card hoping to hire him for their next event. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

The Chicken and Mac&cheese were very good and our guests even commented how delicious they were. The green salad was Spring mix greens with shredded carrots and a couple different salad dressings. The rolls were Kings Hawaiian, which was a favorite of my grandkids as well as other guests. The tri-tip was very chewy with some gristle. The zucchini was over-cooked and mushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with this business. We would definitely choose the chicken and mac&cheese again. They cleaned up everything well and left us food since there were 10 guests that didn't come that we had paid for.
