I've tried Buenos Aires Grill several times; they show up at the Saturday Midtown Farmers Market in Sacramento. I've tried their steak sandwich and their Empanadas. I liked the steak sandwich: the bun was soft and the steak was tender and flavorful. But, their Empanadas are the stars of the show. I've tried their Breakfast Empanadas, Shredded Chicken Empanadas, and Ground Beef Empanadas. All are tasty and that dough has a slightly chewy texture that I really like! Oh, and they include a small container of chimichurri sauce with the sandwich and Empanadas - it's really good! Folks who work there are nice and friendly!

Food in the Hood - WestPark Wednesday [Roseville] The menu looked good and I saw that they had empanadas. I've never had Argentine empanadas before not even when I visit San Francisco at the Ferry Building where I've heard about El Porteño. I ordered ground beef empanadas (they also offer them in shredded chicken and veggie flavors). I've had other versions of empanadas before. We have our own version in the Philippines and I've also tried Latin American empanadas but not Argentine. The pieces were smaller in comparison to what I'm used to but it had excellent blend of flavors and crunch, inside was generous on the meat. Rich and delicious. It was a little too salty for my taste but, otherwise, excellent. Anyway, I took my empanadas home and it was like "gone in 60 seconds." Kids got to it. I'd like to try their Milanesa Sandwich next time... looking forward to their return to Roseville. Instagram: @BuenosAiresGrillSac Review #2601

Argentinian Food Truck. The veggie empanadas were light and crispy, it comes with homemade chimichurri sauce. The sandwich was a classic with layers of steak, tomatoes, lettuce and chimichurri with a grilled bread. I ended up buying a jar of the sauce for $10. Excellent flavors.

Delicious empanadas and sandwiches. The chimichurri is very flavorful and helps to balance out the richness of the ground beef empanadas. The chicken sandwich was simple but very well executed. The food came out quickly and paired great with a beer at SacYard. The portions aren't huge for what you pay but the food is fresh and very well seasoned.

I'm a huge empanada fan and this truck had some great flavored empanadas and the chimichurri sauce was a cherry on top! Customer service when ordering was great. I texted the business number to get a list of there locations/hours of business for the month and and got a very quick response, not to mention that it was a very warm and welcoming response too! I'd definitely go back for more!

Visited the food truck at a local brewery. Good empanadas but not a great value. Service was average.

At 8:15 reservation time, our party was the lone group in the restaurant. I feared this place was no good and almost did not go in. We were greeted with semi semi bored, semi relieved staff... Over all food is ok and 10 glass of wine unbeatable. I do think that server training should be improved. We were asked for food orders before starting with drinks which I thought was interesting. We got our food with no utensils... those little things. Oh by the time we were done with dinner, a few more patrons came.... That's good for the restaurant.

The menu called to us (we were hungry and it also boasted $5 glasses of wine!). The hostess seated us right away even though we didn't have a reservation. We got an excellent spot outside on the promenade with a beautiful river view (on a Saturday night close to 8pm). We ordered the olives and lamb sausage to start. The lamb sausage was in a red sauce and was so tasty and well prepared. For my main I got the milanesa napolitano with a side salad (instead of fries). The cutlet was huge and I loved every bite of it! I'm only in Napa for a few days so was happy we stumbled across this one-- I recommend this spot if you like meat and you're pretty hungry!

I must say, I have had a lot of empanadas in my life in several countries including argentina and every time I see an empanada place in the states and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I was greeted at the door by a precious woman that took my order and came back 10 minutes later with a package that looked like a beautiful birthday gift with the most beautiful flower on top. The staple beef and spicy beef delivered a mouthful of flavorful deliciousness. The more unique flavors of the spinach artichoke and the plum bacon elevated the traditional empanada experience. The blueberry cobbler was a perfect end to a perfect meal. This small little place attached to a gas station was a surprising gem of an experience and I will be sure to make a point to go back the next time I'm in town.

The owner wife of Vinoma is from Argentina and we were told the recipes that owner husband, Brian, uses were his mother-in-laws. Then he add his own magic touch and creativity! You can eat them in you car, sit outside at their tiny table (weather permitting) or take them home. It is also great to purchase them frozen and cook them in your oven when you like. P. S. They make great appetizers for when guests come over!

It arrived hot, fresh and moist. The chicken cutlet was lightly breaded with just the right seasoning. The crinkle cut fries were a bit soft, but held together pretty well. A chimichurri dip was included, and it added a zesty flavor to the dish. Grade (5/5). - The Eggroll Lechon, Grade (3/5): This eggroll was made of cabbage, cheese and lechon (roasted suckling pig). Not the same as Chinese eggrolls. This eggroll was fat and packed with meaty flavor. The problem I had with it can be fixed. It arrived in a small box, and the eggroll was sitting in a small pool of oil. I'm guessing someone was in a big hurry to get the order out, and forgot to properly drain or blot the excess oil from the eggroll.
