One of the shirts had a visible mark that I had already brought to their attention during a previous visit. I was told it would be taken care of, but when I picked it up days later, the issue had not been resolved. When I politely brought it up again, the response I received felt dismissive. The staff's tone, body language, and overall attitude came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I asked to speak with a manager, and while she did offer a refund, the interaction felt rushed and lacked the level of attentiveness I would expect--especially for a long-time customer. Additionally, I've noticed that basic cleaning standards don't seem inconsistent. For example, dirt on shirt collars that I've had successfully removed at other cleaners was left unaddressed here, with explanations that didn't align with my past experiences elsewhere. At over $40 for a suit and a few shirts, this service is not inexpensive, so I expect both quality results and respectful customer care. Instead, resolving issues has become inconvenient and time-consuming, including delays that have impacted my schedule. After two years of loyalty, it's frustrating to feel like concerns are not taken seriously. I've also noticed that similar concerns appear in other reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated experience. However, when I came back at 5pm, he told me to take the pins home and measure the length myself and come back next time-- even though I went there with my pants on . Even, When I visited the Lancaster branch before, the staff there kindly pinned the hem for me and helped me try them on. I honestly found that very frustrating and disappointing. Because of the evening staff member's attitude, I don't feel like coming back here again.

She told me sure, just pick out the ones I needed. I picked out a white shirt and black pants. When I came to pick up, the lady said I had picked out a women's pant and thought I might have done that by mistake so she also did one of my black pants also. It was actually my wife's pant that we needed but it's nice that she cared enough to do that. Also on Christmas Eve, she called to remind me that they were closing early in case I needed my clothes for Christmas. I had forgotten and I did need my clothes so I really appreciated that. There are places you go where they just seem to just want your money, here they seem to genuinely care about you. I highly recommend this place, they also do really quality work.
