Amy's timeline for the wedding day was invaluable and helped us keep everyone on schedule. She and her team handled all of the vendors, oversaw the venue setup, cut the cake for us, and handled the take down at the venue after the reception. She helped us get the entire wedding party to the church on time and directed the photographers to where they could find the various parties to take photos. Amy ran the rehearsal so that everyone knew what they were supposed to do and when, and on the wedding day, she did the same thing. As the MOB I did not have to worry about anything. However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! Our kids hired this planner, and from the very beginning there were warning signs-but the scope of the issues that unfolded went far beyond anything we could have anticipated. From not remembering meeting the groom after a one-hour introductory call, to ongoing disorganization, to inconsistent and frequently changing pricing, the experience was stressful throughout. We were quoted inflated costs for items such as generators-significantly higher than what we were able to negotiate ourselves-and were directed to vendors whose pricing was nearly ten times higher than identical products available on Etsy. Despite being repeatedly reassured that all details were handled, several critical failures occurred on the wedding day. The string quartet never arrived because 36th Street Events sent their information to an outdated email address. Instead of notifying the bride, groom, or any parents about the mistake, recorded music was played without explanation. Requested site visits never happened, staffing was not confirmed, and as a result dinner was delayed by 60-90 minutes, guests had no water available, and the wrong song was played for the father-daughter dance. These operational missteps were extremely disappointing. However, the most troubling aspect was the unprofessional and at times blatantly rude behavior displayed by Ren toward parents, guests, and even the priest officiating the ceremony. Multiple guests approached us asking why the wedding coordinator was so dismissive and why, as family members scrambled to help guests during a sudden rain, she stood by and watched. Prior to the bride and groom entering the reception, Ren told the groom he should button his jacket so he "didn't look fat." All of the above are just a few examples of the disappointment. For an event as meaningful as a wedding, professionalism, organization, and care matter enormously--and sadly, these were consistently lacking. After our bad experience, I did see another similar review for Ren on this platform.

Suffice it so say, they have many reasons to highly recommend Ren and her team. As a mother of the bride, Ren and her team were there for every part of the planning. There was not one ball dropped in the process and in fact the handling of the unusual weather which forced the ceremony and reception into one space was probably the most professional job I have ever experienced during a large event. This was a large wedding that required last minute drapery, which Ren snagged from the best team in the area. The hall was transformed into an intimate, cozy ceremony and was truly spectacular. The tear down from the ceremony and set up for the reception was flawless and did not affect the timing of the entire night. There literally were no hiccups! We trusted Ren and her team from the beginning and that allowed for us to just be calm and confident that this major last minute change would be superbly executed. My favorite part of the experience with Ren was experiencing her heart for my daughter's vision and her attentiveness to her needs and wants with assurances that the day would be spectacular, despite weather complications. Her recommendations from the band, busing, big and small details during the ceremony, happy hour ambience in a tent requiring last minute forced air in rainy weather, and reception ideas and design were truly amazing. 36th Street Events will be my first pick for any future event.

This is REAL GOURMET Chef prepared. I have never experience any roller rink like this, where it's a home cook, or shall I say professional chef-made meals at a skating rink. Ms. Moe also have a bar, & which after 9pm it's adults only skate and adult drinks are available to enjoy. Ms. Moe, you made my entire month!!! 180 Rodeo Rink offer after school programs, for a safe place for all school age kids to go for tutoring, and bible study, learning new line dances to new trending songs, like "where them fans at?", and Tamia 'Can't get enough". This non-profit is open 7 days a week, for your entertainment, and one of the rarest thing of all, it's FREE ENTRY EVERYDAY!!!!! That's right, It's absolutely FREE admissions to come and hang out, pray, study, and learn a new dance or two. Have a little funds to purchase a meal, and good eats, and skate for $15. If you choose to bring your own wheels, to roll bounce on, you'll pay $10 bucks. My family and friends, especially my son is looking forward to come and being a guest at 180 rodeo rink. My daughter's 4th birthday party at this venue was an absolute disaster and nothing like what was…read morepromised by the owner, Moe, when I booked. I confirmed multiple times -- in September and again in October -- that my reservation for 15 kids included free entry for all guests and only a discounted fee to skate after the 15-guest count was met. That was the only reason I booked, and no policy changes were ever communicated to me. On the day of the party (11/15), not one employee greeted us upon arrival. Minutes into setup, my guests were told they would have to pay an entry fee -- the exact opposite of what I was promised. The manager, "Unc," put up a chain blocking access and argued with me for over an hour in front of my guests and children. He stood in my personal space, was disrespectful, and attempted to gaslight me by claiming I "misunderstood." I had proof. He did not produce any. During this, I had to stand guard at the chain so my own invited guests could enter my child's party without being shaken down for money. The chain didn't come down until nearly two hours into my three-hour reservation. We were told pizza was included and ordered days in advance, yet it was late and incorrect -- and only then did I learn it wasn't even made on-site. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty in an empty venue. My party host and the skate attendant tried to help where they could, but management's behavior and lack of communication overshadowed everything. To make matters worse, my niece fell and broke teeth while skating, and not a single employee checked on her or offered basic first aid like ice. At the end of the party, the manager finally apologized and admitted they failed to communicate the policy change and that I indeed booked under different terms. But by that point, the damage was done. My guests refused to purchase food or drinks after the way we were treated, and what should have been a celebration became stressful and humiliating. This business ruined my child's birthday. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic human decency was alarming. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Enter at your own risk.
