My wife and I bought a piece of property above Hwy 14 outside of Fort Collins. We made contact with a company, that said the would build our footprint. He came to our property, looked at it and said he would do it. After more than a month and no return phone calls we searched for number two.
Well guess what the second guy was the exact same story. He looked, said he would, exchanged messages and no showed with out even a return call.
We were now in a position that we were running out of weather to allow for the work to get done, so we could build. We were starting to get desperate.
Then we made contact with Tanner and he looked at the job and said he would do it. But better that that was he would be on site in one week. Well guess what. He was there with three pieces of equipment and a full crew.
Well I watched the leadership, team work, knowledge of the land and the abilities of his team and their expertise, it was impressive. Tanner led a crew that knew, not only what to do, but with little contact from tanner, what I wanted as the property owner.
He said he could do it in three days and it was done in two and a half. every single team member unsolicited by me, made frequent contact with me about the tasks they were performing, and confirming my wants.
What I paid for, was a pleasant surprise as it was a well oiled machine founded in professionalism, skill, and an unwavering level of customer service that actually came in under budget.
As a former CEO of a Public Service Agency, and a person who has owned a dirt work company, I was very impressed. I gave them a 5 start rating be cause it does not allow for seven stars.
