I really wanted to like this place, because everyone was so nice. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience here. I went into the store almost 2 weeks ago to put in an order for a poster to be made for my birthday party that took place today. When I first went in the store about 2 weeks ago, I made sure that they knew that I needed it printed by this date. Picking up the poster was the last thing that I needed to pick up before my party. I arrived to the store to pick up my poster at 3:00pm with my party starting at 4:00pm. Once, I got to the store to pick up my item, I was told that it wasn't made yet due to me not paying for it. When I first went to the store to put in the order, all I was told to do was to fill out the form and email them the design which I did. I was NEVER informed that I needed to pay them right then and there. If they needed the payment at time of ordering, then they should have asked for it then. Since they did not ask for payment, I was under the impression that I would pay for the item at pick up. On pick up day, I waited for almost an hour for my product to be made last minute and because of travel time I was 40 minutes late to my own party. Due to this awful experience, I unfortunately can not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning as a customer. read more

Terrible customer service!!! Went to get my own designed birthday card printed for my girlfriend. They took 30 min just to help me. Then when they did help took forever just to print one card. Then told me to trim it myself and fold it myself just threw the devices at me and told me to. A lady then came out of nowhere from the computers they design at and tried to fold it herself and failed. They then blamed the device and told me either leave here or take it. No print another one or anything. Said take it or leave didn't help me at all, so i just left no need to cause a raucous because i was in a hurry. read more

Very pleased with the work and service provided. I needed some custom stickers made to put on a decorative paddle. The stickers came out great and the work was done very quickly. I emailed them the images I wanted printed, gave the dimensions, and when I came in they even helped me design it. Also their prices are really good. If I could they would get 10 stars!!! This pace is awesome! It's hard to find a place that will print 8 shirts!! I've been printing our annual family reunion shirts here :) and I have to say I will be coming back. Every year we change the logo, every year we get a great price.. $10/shirt, $20 for the art work (I provided the art, they just changed the letters). The service is great! I dropped them off in the late afternoon and that same night I got a proof email! I approved it the next morning and that same day I got my shirts. Talk about fast service!!! And of course the finish product was excellent. BTW, I provided my own shirts, but I know they have shirts there as well. read more

Trash... take your money elsewhere. Maybe it was just me but my first order a few months back the shirts were done poorly. He blamed his employee for not going over it so ok I let it go. Came back and this time complete trash. He said they would be done Tuesday got em Thursday, gave me one price and then gave me a higher price at pick up. Shirts look like shit. If you want to print shirt for family death of just to fuck around go to him but if you want professional work STAY AWAY! He doesn't care bout his work he doesn't care what you think, he doesn't care his name is attached to the trash he puts out. BAD BUSINESS and I told him to his face that he is bad business.. I'll never go back, I rather pay extra and drive farther then go back to this place. Oh but he (Robert) is a nice guy, his work is trash but he seems to be a nice individual. Universal printing has amazing service to match with the quality of work! When my bussiness runs out of bussiness cards this is my main spot since they keep my documents on file ready to print. This last time we did bussiness was awesome because we ran out of cards and needed new ones asap! Universal printing cut us new ones that day with an extra fee *of course* but at least we had some that day. Then finished our order of 5,000 cards in the next couple of days. The atmosphere inside Universal printing is a little hectic but they're so busy with so many clients I can imagine why. Game tint and audio definitely appreciates all the hard work ! read more
