Frequently, I'll receive negatives with what appears to be a poor development solution, along with anomalies like consistent smudges or hair on scans that aren't caused by my lens or camera. Sometimes, I'll even get scans back where two images appear combined into one. It comes across as either someone inexperienced is handling the work, as there always seems to be someone different at the shop, especially when the main staff is attending an event or out, or that orders are being rushed to get them done. I can't continue gambling with this spot and paying for it. I just got five rolls back recently that were shot across three different cameras, including a rangefinder and two point-and-shoots, and every single roll had the same random smudge and hair anomaly in the middle-left area of the scans. How?

Perhaps clarify the conflicting information on your punch card? Or don't reply so rudely especially when I just spent over $100 at your establishment? Bummer. We had to pivot last minute but it still worked out and came out really nice. Tom is the superstar of the show bc he does everything for you! Here's some useful tips:…read more -Call ahead and make a reservation. They will take your name and phone number. -Cash only so be prepared. -They will sell you a $10 usb drive to save your photos. If you have one at home bring it. -The price does not include printing the photos. I went to CVS to print my photos from the usb. -You can buy a $10 keychain with 2 small photos -Street parking. Bring some coins for the meter which is a 1 hour limit. If you don't like to be touched this may not be the place for you. Tom will pose you and move you like you are a rag doll. I didn't mind but I can see it being uncomfortable for some. The session goes by fast. I will definitely return. The photos turned out great.

Had a bad experience here before, but called and they were nice (other people working), had a few options, good prices as well. So we drove over, parked in front (they have a few spots for customers) and they had the tripods put aside for us to check. They were nice, patient, nice to talk to. We tried them and settled on one. It was used, but in good condition. So we bought it. It's good we gave them another shot since they are one of the last standing camera stores in the Valley!
