I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.

I can unseal them with a letter opener. 2) They completely ignored the placement of my return address, despite me giving them a sample envelope plus the artwork. 3) Address was wrong on one of the items (four digit zip code) 4) They misspelled my name on one item even though all five of my items had my name and address. Make sure you carefully review their proofs!!

He said he would check to see if I could talk to a designer and again never got back to me. Now their voicemail is full, location is locked most days when I try to stop by. And the owner still isn't responding to me when I asked for my deposit back. One of the worst service failures I've ever experienced. On top of all that, I've recently heard from 3 other of their previous customers that their recent work is garbage. One company had crooked logos on their truck, one was covered in bubbles and another one is starting to peel within a few months.
