I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was to be delivered overnight. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it took a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. I saw 3 workers in the store, 1 was helping a customer .. the other was on the phone and the third worker was observing. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size. read more

I had an emergency and had to print out 33 pages and get them signed and sent over immediately. Luckily I stopped off at this location and the employees were incredibly helpful. One in particular, Daniel had to guide me through quite a few processes to have have my documents emailed, and then printed out. The process went really quick and I found the store incredibly clean and well organized. I needed to send a few packages to Hong Kong. The process is complicated and nobody at this office seem to know what the issue was and cared enough to help. I ended up calling FedEx customer service myself from this office where there were several workers just standing there doing nothing and there was little help from The customer service. By then I was struggling to find what the problem was. I asked a male staff named Downey to help me. He spent close to an hour with me trying to find what the issue was. He continued to help me even after his manager said to take a break. Even though I still cannot find the way to send the packages by FedEx I was happy to find someone like Downey who truly cared about my issue and trying to find solutions. Thank you Downey so much. The overall experience was a 50-50. I had a question. I asked a lady at the front she's definitely management. She didn't really take any initiative to really help me. She's point the finger do this do that and you're done. I had a difficult time with the computer to do what you need to do a simple print directed me to do so. so I finally went to the front again and came across the gentleman name Craig ask him the question he answered it help me out and even came all the way across the room to help me with a step-by-step without giving me asking and I really appreciate it that. I have been going in there almost a year to print my sheet music. The last two times the printer doesn't recognize the pdf file which is fine I understand that. I'm not tech savvy. So the last time the employee came over and fixed it before it timed out but didn't actually show me how to correct it. This time my job timed out and first employee was trying to say I needed to pre pay again for my job that didn't get finished due to it timing out. She went and got the gentleman thst helped me before. He seemed slightly irritated that I wasn't understanding how to navigate the printer. He didn't make me pay again thankfully. I called customer support to ask if they can set the machines to not time out so fast and to make it so you only pre pay for the exact amount of pages you need. I printed $11.40 worth of pages but the machine has a preset of $10 and $25. I do get refunded the balance back but it takes my bank 3-5 business days to to that and if a machine tines out multiple times during a job that can add up quickly which really isn't right. I was a bit Disheartened at the staff and the policy. I will now be looking into getting a wireless printer as I don't have a computer. read more

I had to print out an important document for work, but printer did not have ink. It was night time and all the other fedex locations closed at 6pm :( I am so glad that this location closes at 8pm and I was able to email my document to their printer. There was plenty of parking when I arrived there and no line inside. I entered the code on the printer and printed my document. It was quick and easy! Been coming to location for a good 7 years as well as a long time FedEx business client for over 20. This location the service has gone down let alone the fees and extra hold on my cc for a small self service printing. Which I was willing to accept until today due to bad service. They have just a couple print machines. I waited several minutes and asked the people using the printers if they be much longer and they both said yes. They have rather larger print jobs for a project and had it all spread out in the work area. I understand, been there. So I went to the desk and explained and the first guy who was at the counter on the computer like he was ready to help customers was like nope cant help you I'm headed to lunch. And walked out. The other gentleman whose name was Downey proceeded to help but said he had to charge a surcharge. When I've come in and printers are in use or have had issues, the first difference is I'm always greeted and asked can I help you? And offer to print in such situations and have never been charged an additional fee. And I have the receipts. I had my issues with the recent change of cc hold but this additional surcharge because your self service printers are clearly in use for clearly more than 15 min wait time and your standing there doing nothing is ridiculous to charge a an additional fee with the excuse it's considered express printing services not acceptable for me. I accepted these high fees in recent years and cc hold but nahhh I will figure something else out at this point. As a business owner customer service is extremely important. read more

I've been going to this place for years, and employees are just lazy. No customer service at all. The store opens at 8 a.m., and the door is locked, and I'm in the front door for 15 mins while the employee just watches me in the store standing. I just need to drop off a simple package. The drop-off kiosk shows out of order because they are so lazy to open the cabinet bin. Even though I can scan my own package and print out the return label. Then, I have to walk in front to hand it to the employee. The last time I went, I had an oversized box and employee points to the kiosk and said to scan it over there. I told him I would if the scanner could reach the label. There are no scanner guns available. I would just go to another fed ex location just not to be irritated with lazy employees. I will be filing a complaint, so hopefully, management can train the employees. I always try to use UPS for this reason, but sometimes I have no choice since some items that have a return label from the vendor's uses fed ex. read more

The self serve print station was quick and efficient. I ended up spending around 200 dollars for stacks of printer paper. Two of the employees were very helpful, one got me a 3-hole punch and assisted me with the restroom key. I had asked another employee if I could have 3 binder clips as we had printed so much paper. She was helpful at first until a second employee sitting away from us chimed in to tell her not to give them to me as they are only for sale. Meanwhile, I'm already holding one binder clip that had been handed to me by the first woman. It's a shame that after spending hundreds of dollars, 3 binder clips were too much to ask for from a paying customer. read more

Do NOT ship your artwork here. It was my first time shipping a large piece of artwork to a client. I thought if I had FedEx pack the artwork it would be safe. Unfortunately their packing expert did not know what he was doing. The painting was packed and shipped from Simi Valley to Illinois. The artwork arrived damaged. My client sent me photos of the painting with impressions on the surface of the painting caused by the bubbles of the wrap. Normally to protect the surface of the painting you need to cover with paper and then add the bubble wrap for padding. I don't think this was done. The bubble wrap was placed directly on the painting surface and left imprints ruining the artwork. read more

I got worked for a $13 box by the manager and the counter boy. I had a Bed Bath & Beyond return of a defective blender. I put it in the box it came with and they conspired to say it was not in their shipping standards. BS. I've been in the shipping business for 40 years. It was fine, they're just clearly not wanting to do this kind of return and worked me for a $13 box. In my shipping business I NEVER use FedEx, way too expensive, use UPS. I was absolutely disgusted with the total lack of customer service. I am finding in these post pandemic days that no help is now the new common. I arrived upon opening and was the first one through the door. Asked to have 25 color pages printed. Was told I could pick it up at 6pm. What? Next asked if I could print it myself. I was pointed to the copy machines. No instruction. No help. I asked questions and received one word answers. When I asked what everyone was doing (they were all standing around behind the counter laughing and talking), I was told they were working on a big project. Complete and utter bullshit. To top it off, I asked if they have WiFi for the large file transfer needed to use there self help copiers. The answer was if your cell isn't working in here, go walk around outside to see if you get service. Absolutely blown away. Another great experience. Never Never Again. read more
