Everything went great there the people that worked there are amazing. They go over and above to help every time I've been there.

i've been coming to this UPS store for years and years but today I don't know if they changed owners or whatever but I'm in my late 50s. I had a huge box a microwave inside the box. I forgot to tape the top and I carried it all the way inside by myself and I asked him if he had a piece of tape and he wouldn't let me have a piece of tape. I understand that they need to make money, but all I needed was one strip of lousy tape I don't know where this world's coming to now. Sad read more

I've been a repeat customer of this particular location but tonight's experience with Abhi and Ghitika compelled me to write a review. They both juggled a non stop line while helping my family and I with a complicated and heavy shipment. They were calm and very understanding and walked us through the process to give us the best expectations for our packages. Even the rough estimate of cost was accurate! The owner literally took me through the steps to get the proper code and I can't appreciate that enough. If it wasn't for Hannah helping me in my time of need, I don't know what I would have done. I just needed a document printed and the owner made me email them. It wasn't showing up in their end so I sent a second time. It still wasn't showing up. After 8 minutes of standing and the owner helped everyone else, he went and stayed in the back. Didn't offer any further help to me. Hannah suggested I just print it off the PC they had available. Done..just like that. Shame on the owner for his horrible customer service skills. read more

Came in to get ONE thing notarized. But they couldn't accommodate me because someone else needed a dozen signatures. How about let the guy with ONE thing go ahead?! I was sent on my way with a vague "there is another notary near Baja Fresh". I wasted time going there and did not find any notary. read more

I walked into this UPS store reluctantly for some Amazon returns. I was nervous because I hate returns, and I feel like a huge inconvenience when I go into any store for this. I like this UPS Store. The location is convenient. The employees are helpful and friendly. It doesn't get too busy. It is clean and well organized. They have a lot of services to offer besides sending out packages and you can get a post office box here with a street address and not just a P.O. Box.
