I've had a few experiences where things felt a little rough, but I continued coming back because I believe one bad experience doesn't outweigh all the good ones. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. They didn't even try to clean the leftover eyebrow hairs off my face--I stood up and had them all over my face. It's the little things that make a difference, and unfortunately, I don't feel like they put in the same effort they used to. I really hope they can get back to the friendly and welcoming service they had when they first opened.

Upon walking up to the shop entrance, I was greeted by a friendly employee named Shaleha who introduced herself then asked what service I wanted done and was informed of the price for threading. As I sat in the salon chair, Shaleha quickly went to work on removing hair from my face, chin and neck as well as explained how the hair on my neck grew differently than the fair on my face and chin due to having thinner skin in that area. After Shaleha finished threading my face, chin, and neck, she sprayed my face with cool aloe vera spray then decided to check a final time to confirm that she removed all the unwanted hair. Following the end of my threading appointment, I promptly paid Shaleha for her threading services and was given a loyalty card to use at future visits. Although I live a ways away from this salon in Garden Grove, due to the thorough threading from Shaleha, I will absolutely visit again the next time I need threading services done and am in the area.

Unsure what happened to their usual workers but they have a few new ones who are clearly inexperience. I went back a few times after they messed up my eyebrows to give them another shot and coincidentally kept getting the new girls. I'm all for letting the new girls take their time to make my eyebrows look nice but every single time I came out with uneven eyebrows and leftover hairs that I have to pluck out myself at home. Being a regular I know that they offer hand sanitizer before the threading starts and Aloe for after, and every single time the new girls did not offer either. Another con is that they prefer cash only and I used to keep cash on me solely to pay for their services. My last straw was when I gave her cash and she didn't give me any change. I tip very well even with bad service and I wasn't going to make a fuss about a few dollars. I previously recommended this place to a few people and they are also all in agreement that the quality is not the same as it use to be. Anywho, found a new threading place that's cheaper, has high quality work, and isn't cash only!
