Went with my girl here for the first time (I was forced) $10 for eyebrow threading Took around 10 minutes, very quick and easy If it's your first time, brothas it highkey frfr will hurt, but my girl told me the more you go, the less pain it gets. BUT DAMMM IT WAS WORTH IT. Cause like damm, I was looking fresh as hell. Clean af bro. I felt so handsome and majestic. My eyebrows were on fleek no cap. The workers here are very sweet and kind. They know what they're doing on g. This is my girl's to-go spot and she knows what's best. I trust ma girl 4 life. Clean area. Eyebrow threading is $10 but definitely worth the price. Lady was super nice and thorough making sure my bushy eyebrows were clean. As a male who doesn't often thread their eyebrows unless the wife complains or I have a business conference to attend this was a great and somewhat nice pampering experience. When I choose my barber it's about the TLC and great customer service and this business was no different on delivering that same experience. Give them a shot and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It gets packed at any time of the day, I've been here early in the morning, mid day, and almost closing time and there's always people. They did raise their prices too, it use to be 7$ for eyebrows and now it's 8$. I recommend for you to save that stamp card because when you have 10 stamps, you can get your eyebrows done for free. So it's coo, if you're a regular like me. read more

I've been going here for years and years. I've loved it and they always are so sweet and my brows usually turn out great. However, my experience is now poor. The two ladies that normally get my brows on point aren't there anymore. And the new lady that did my brows the last two times did such a horrendous job. I gave her a picture told her exactly what I wanted it but she didn't listen. She made my brows noticeably uneven, arched it poorly, and she left hairs on my eyebrow to where the top looks so uneven and the corner arch is high so it looks like there is excess hair. I even told her to fix it and again how I wanted it, but she didn't listen. She's not good at all. And lastly to top it off, she cut my skin so now it stings as if I have a paper cut only it's really visible - it's the first thing my friends noticed. I miss the other ladies ): read more

My favorite eyebrow threading place to ever visit. You ask for what u come in for and they give u nothing less. I go every two weeks for a clean up and they always bless my eyebrows. My eyebrows are never threaded too thick or too thin - always exactly what i want and ask for. No matter who attends me I am always satisfied. I've been going here since I moved back to Garden Grove in April (I was going to Vinita's in Tustin because I lived near by). I usually get my eyebrows threaded every 3 weeks. I had my mustache threaded 3 weeks ago for the first time and today I decided to get my whole face threaded as well. I have major trust issues when it comes to dentists, doctors and basically most services. The service they provide me has been excellent and that's why I keep coming back. I never got the name of the woman who does the threading but she's nice. They're located in the same parking as Northgate Market. I would also like to add that my face is super soft and smooth now. The part that hurt the most was when she was threading my sideburns. Yes, girls have sideburns too but not as noticeable as guys. read more

This is my favorite threading place which I have been coming to for a while. They have good prices for great quality of work! There has never been a time where I have to wait more than 8-10 minutes. They make you feel comfortable throughout your whole experience. I pay $8 to get my eyebrows done or when I decide to do my whole face it's $25 (I know of places that charge your eyebrows even when you get the full face). I love that they always check with you in the middle of the process and trim the eyebrows perfectly. They also ask you at the end if you'd like soothing gel. They also have a stamp card. Definitely my go-to place!! read more

I really like this place! The ladies are super friendly and they know what they're doing. The prices are very reasonable and they have a stamp card. The only issue I have is the wait time. You should plan on waiting 20 to 30 minutes even with an appointment, they have a sign in sheet but most of the time they don't keep track of it and don't know who's next.. but the girls are very nice and they make sure you're satisfied with your eyebrows before sending you on your way. Totally recommend their services and if you don't mind waiting give them a try. read more

I usually get waxed but needed to get my face done for an event I had the next day. When I get waxed, I break out regardless of whether I go to a high-end or hole in the wall salon and I hadn't gone back to threading due to a terrible experience I had back in the day. Fast forward to today, I knew threading wouldn't give me the bumps so I yelped places and found Face2Face!! I'm so glad I did, the women who attended me was very helpful and super fast! I come here every two weeks for eyebrows and the occasional upper lip threading. Very reasonable prices. I love how my eyebrows look! Very quick and painless. I've gotten my arms waxed here once, it was surprisingly painless and a nice experience. I've gotten a chemical peel once too, it smelled nice, very fast. My face was a little red afterwards but went away after 30mins. The actual "peeling" part actually lasted more than I wanted. She mentioned that 2-3 days but mine lasted a whole 8 days. :( but my skin was really nice afterwards. I just didn't want to be seen for 8 days.. I've gotten two facials done. They were fairly painless and done very well. I like how my face looked fresh and clean. I like to get them done every 6 months. Overall great service! & nice ladies :) read more

I was in Santa Ana visiting some friends when we ran across this place. I opted for a "signature" facial, one galpal got a chemical peel and the other got threaded. My face has never looked or felt more beautiful (if I do say so myself)!! I appreciated the time she took discussing personalized care with me and the fact that I was not pushed to buy anything. Plus the acupressure was relaxing and wonderful. As for my girls... Isis's eyebrows were magnificently shaped and Angela was very happy with her peel, even a week later. (I know next to nothing about peels to know if this is unusual) We also saw a gal come in with a picture of some henna thing she wanted and the artist created it on her, to a tee, in short order. So I went on Yelp to see which threading service has 4-5 stars. Hands down! I am impressed! I was so nervous and scared of how the pain will be compared to waxing. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and honestly I'm glad I chose this place to try it! (I couldn't do waxing anymore since my skin is very sensitive. Apparently I'm allergic to the wax) but nonetheless it may have been painful but it was worth it cuz I know I won't have an allergic reaction. Thank you face2face! Happy customer! read more

I don't even want to give any stars! I made an appointment on Monday for a facial Thursday. After rushing over there right after work to make my 530pm appointment, the lady tells me she can't do a facial because she has another appointment at 615pm. She thought I said a peel when i made the appointment and started to explain to me that last time I came in that's what we talked about. Funny though since this was my first time there. She didn't make any suggestions to reschedule and just looked at me. All I can say, bad customer service! read more

I started coming here as a treat for myself and now I've convinced myself it is an absolute necessity to come here once a week to keep my facial skin healthy and elastic. I've been here many times to do my eyebrows. Threading continues to hurt more than waxing but it's worth it. Threading my eyebrows doesn't remove a layer of skin like waxing does! My skin does not get irritated. I've tried other locations and by far this place is the best. I'll continue to come here... Plus you get a card to stamp and get after the 10th visit you get one for free. read more

I've been going to this place for about 1 year. Ever since Gunn did my eyebrows I've gone to no one else but her! She does a fantastic job. She is always friendly, every time I've walk into Face2Face she has a smile on her face no matter how tired or busy she is! Love the fact that Gunn is so caring. I've gone to many places but it's always so hard to find someone that has a soft delicate touch, especially because the skin can get so irritated. She's the best! read more

Tulasa does a fantastic job. She listens to you, is gentle, and tries to make it as painless as possible. Over the past few years, I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows but it has been impossible as my brow hair had stopped growing in after a certain point. My brows also aren't as thick as they once were. I even considered taking biotin because they were in such bad condition. I was beginning to lose hope and my brows were beginning to be a great pain in my ass that's until Tulasa was able to accomplish what I tried for years to do but could not. Tulasa threaded and shaped my brows in a way that made them appear more thick just as I have been trying to do. After Tulasa finished, I was amazed at how fuller and healthier my brows looked! I was stunned at the difference and surprised by her skills. It was a miracle that she was able to achieve this. For the longest time, I was very unhappy with the she appearance of my brows but now, I feel at ease with how they look all in part to Tulasa. What she was able to do was a real feat. I'm so thankful for her. She is a master of the eyebrow and the thread! P.S. They also have stamp cards. Remember to get your card stamped after each visit. I think after the 10th stamp your next threading will be free. Don't be afraid of the dark atmosphere. They don't turn on their lights in the daytime, which I actually prefer. The place has enough natural light hitting it from inside so it isn't a problem. I wish more businesses would conserve electricity. read more

Came in for skin peels. I have clear skin and I left softer than before. My niece has bad cystic acne and had numerous facials elsewhere with zero improvement. This is how much I love this place... This weekend I went to Vegas and I had zero time to get my eyebrows done AT THIS PLACE. I live about a minute away from Zibas and to save time you would think I would come here right? Nope. Instead I went to Vegas with bushy eyebrows. I would rather wait then have someone mess them up, because I know this place will do a good job than any other place. I've been to several places and this is by far my favorite. face 2 face is the best place ever. Gunn does my eyebrows and she is amazing! She has never disappointed me. As I sat in the salon chair, Shaleha quickly went to work on removing hair from my face, chin and neck as well as explained how the hair on my neck grew differently than the fair on my face and chin due to having thinner skin in that area. After Shaleha finished threading my face, chin, and neck, she sprayed my face with cool aloe vera spray then decided to check a final time to confirm that she removed all the unwanted hair. Following the end of my threading appointment, I promptly paid Shaleha for her threading services and was given a loyalty card to use at future visits. Although I live a ways away from this salon in Garden Grove, due to the thorough threading from Shaleha, I will absolutely visit again the next time I need threading services done and am in the area.

She calls creditcard company,i ca overhear it says 36 minutes, she lies and says oh 1 minute, i said im not going to stand here for no more than 3 minutes ,i have to be at work.. so i walk to 7 eleven and i get $5,with a bag of hot cheetos.. she says its gonna be 30 mins mam..i said heres $8,bye walked out. Diana is genuinely not a good person, and my experience here was extremely uncomfortable and…read moreunethical. Before my appointment, she was openly talking badly about clients to her staff while people were still sitting in the waiting room, which immediately made me uneasy about how she treats patients behind their backs. During my appointment, she repeatedly tried to upsell me on getting more filler, which is alarming given how easily filler can contribute to facial dysmorphia when it's overdone. Her work itself is unnatural, and she will leave you with migrated filler, especially in the lips. Judging by how overdone her own face looks, I would strongly advise against going to an injector who seems completely out of touch with conservative, natural filler practices. This was the first injector I ever went to, and since then I've met with seven other nurses and medspas both to correct her work and for other services which only made it clearer how unethical and careless her approach is in comparison. After seeing how other injectors operate, this was the most unethical injector experience I've ever had. You would expect that they actually HAVE morals with a job like this. This really showed me the kind of person she is. She doesnt care about the job, she cares about the status.
