I have visited a couple of times before and had a great experience with Beant every time. She recommended I get a membership and I was happy to do so. I did a walk-in with Bibi (Syed), today, and she was very friendly. She showed me the first eyebrow (right eyebrow) before moving on and I let her know I couldn't really see because I wear glasses, but to proceed to the next eyebrow (left eyebrow). She was very detailed and took her time ensuring that every small hair was removed. However, when I got home I noticed that the right eyebrow was missing a whole chunk of hair. And it looks uneven when compared to the left eyebrow. I specifically chose to get the membership here so that I wouldn't get botched, as it has happened at other threading salons. read more

Lisa is literally the best; I've never had someone who has done my eyebrows as precise while also complimentary to my face. I live 2 hours away and I had to be in Orange early in the morning. Because of that I didn't have the time to get my eyebrows done where I live so I decided to check out Brow Arc considering it was right next to where I was. The place is a little kiosk in the middle of the walk area (I think they had another regular building about 1 min away) and Beant was the only threader there. There was one person in front of me before my service so I waited about 10 minutes. When it was my turn she was very polite, professional and her station looked very clean. When I checked in for a threading at the kiosk, I was told there was 1 person in front of me. The check-in iPad noted a 15 minute wait. After waiting for almost an hour, I followed up and found out the person in front of me had not gone yet because someone else was doing an eyebrow lamination. The employee at the kiosk was unable to give me an estimate of how much longer the wait was, so I ended up leaving. Quick and friendly service in a small shop with two chairs. $14 + tip for eyebrow threading only. Scissor trimming for brows afterwards is optional based on preference. I came here a few times at the OC outlets. It's right near inside starbucks. I love doing threading for my brows here because it doesn't leave my skin irritated and dry. I got my eyebrows done two days ago by Manju- she was amazing!! She knows how I want my eyebrows to be done, shape, and cleaned. She made my eyebrows look on point and amazing. I got my eyebrows done for $9 and it was a good deal since their eyebrow threading is usually $14. If you sign up with them- you can get $5 off on any service. So I've gone to this location several times, yesterday we went and to be honest I didn't even get the girls name, because I was so frustrated. Let me begin with saying I've never had this issue before and I was surprised once I seen the final results of yesterday. My brows aren't thick but I like to keep them cleaned up and shaped. Yesterday I just needed them cleaned up and I walked out with the thinnest uneven brows ever. I wanted to cry and I couldn't completely yell at first because before I opened my eyes she harshly rubbed lotion on my remaining brows. She quickly handed me a mirror and took it back. I understand I used a discount but it's because I've been a frequent customer. She over plucked and f**ked my eyebrows up. I now have to draw them on until they grow back. My fiancé also did his and she removed way too much at the end of his eyebrow on one side and then asked him after she made the mistake "why do you keep one eyebrow shorter then the other?" Truthfully it would've been better if she would've admitted she made the mistake instead of blaming him the way she did. We paid for we paid for her services and left. Later in the evening I washed my face and seen the patch of missing hair on one of my eyebrows. I honestly never complain but this is so frustrating because now I have to fix this before next weeks dinner. I honestly don't even want to post pictures. We drove a bit to get there from where we live so the service prior was very much worth the drive. This girl has never done my brows before and there was no one else there. I had never been here and dropped in before a massage at Burke Williams on a Saturday at noon. She was just finishing up so I only waited a minute. The threading was very quick which was a bit surprising and then she used a tweezers to get more hairs and it felt a bit forceful. She then trimmed my brows and I could immediately tell that she was trimming WAAAAAY more than any other threading studio. My brows were so super thin, it was not at all what I wanted. And when I got home, I noticed tons and tons of fine hairs she left behind and it was obvious where she used tweezers bc my skin was pinched where she did it. AWFUL. Would never go back.
