We recently bought a home and needed the entire interior painted. I reached out to a few painters for estimates and Mike was the first to get back to me. I have worked with many professionals over the years and the service that Mike provided was the best I've ever experienced! First, he offered to come to our home for a walk through to provide an estimate the same day we hopped on a call. He gave great advice and suggestions on what was worth painting and I didn't feel like he was just trying to pocket more money. He was honest and actually tried his best to work with our budget. Compared to all of the other quotes I received, his pricing was fair and he even removed plantation shutters throughout the house at no additional charge. Another huge thing for us was timeline and Mike was able to get the job done within 4-5 days, whereas other companies were telling us 5-10 days. Now the reason why I believe Mike deserves 10+ stars is because of his accommodations, professionalism, and patience. I am probably the pickiest person in the world and crashed out over 50 shades of white paint lol. I wanted to find the perfect creamy white and went to town swatching the walls. After 8 different samples and 20+ swatches, I narrowed it down to two but still couldn't figure out what color I wanted to go with. To help me, Mike swatched the two colors side by side on the entire wall. It was two massive swatches to help me better visualize the color and I still couldn't decide! What he did next saved me thousands of dollars cause I honestly think if he had not done this, I would've picked the wrong shade and would've begged for him to come back and repaint the house lol. He swatched an entire wall one color and a different wall the other color and didn't tell me which was what. The fact that he did this was insane to me cause he could've easily done a dinky little swatch or recommended a color (knowing I wouldn't like it) and charge me thousands of dollars after to fix it. This really goes to show how honest and genuine of a person Mike is. I walked into the house and immediately was drawn to one wall, and hated how the other wall looked. My decision was final but at this point Mike could tell the type of person I am (LOL) so he suggested we color drench the doors, baseboards, and trim the same color but different sheen since he believed I probably wouldn't like the contrast of pure white compared to the color on the walls. He was correct in thinking this because color drenching was the way to go lol. I really feel like Mike went above and beyond and if it weren't for him, I probably would have picked the wrong color for the house and hated everything. But thanks to him, I felt confident in my decision and he even made great suggestions that I had not considered! I am SO grateful for his expertise and patience throughout this process. We also needed some areas touched up after they were finished and he came right away to touch those spots up. 10000% would recommend Mike/Hire a Painter to anyone. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does and is truly just the kindest person I've ever met!
