The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. We ordered vegetarian dumplings, vegetarian fried egg rolls, chicken dumplings, pork Chinese buns, and chicken rice noodle soup. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham.
