The store has affordable prices on games and gaming supplies/accessories. I first went to this store in 2021 for their beginners Magic The Gathering in the game room. They have daily events in the back game room, so it's a great way to meet new people and learn new games!! They host events like Digimon, Star Wars games, warhammer, DnD, magic the gathering, and more! All ages welcome. They also have a beginners table for dungeons and dragons that is kid friendly.

Toy Trains! Model Kits! And all the other art sets, car tracks, European and Japanese toys and "Stuff." You know how a modern store just has people behind the counter? Hobby Works has staff walking the floor to help you. And they really help. And they know their stuff. And when you're there, it's got that friendly clubhouse atmosphere like you stopped off here while walking home from school in the 6th grade. Sometimes it feels like with online shopping, kids won't ever experience the friendly local stores like we did. Not while Hobby Works is open, it's all modern, but it's a shopping experience that most stores lost over the years- and our kids deserve to experience that friendliness.
