This was very important to me as my mom was coming here too! No worries here and Kudos to Dr. Einhorn and the staff! I was very impressed with Dr. Jill's thoroughness. She very gently removed all my callouses and asked me every step of the way if she was hurting me. Nothing she did hurt. Dr. Jill has a terrific and super friendly bedside manner, which put me right at ease. The staff are very friendly and professional and the office is immaculate. So i decided to find another office. Its been months since I changed offices and Ave U Foot Care still haven't released my authorization form. For a new doctor to treat me the previous place has to release these forms. Every time I call the lady in the front office is giving me an attitude. "We'll get to it when we get to it". Mind you its a 5 min form, doesn't take much time. Every time I call its " The doctor isn't here" and when I ask when she will comeback the answer is " I don't know". Even when I was a patient here the lady in the front desk was rude and discourteous, I see it still hasn't changed.

All these old people come for whirlpool treatment which takes a long time in getting seen with that being said i didnt get seen till about 12:35. But when i did boy was i pleased, the Dr. Khoury Was amazing and so personable. She requested that i get my x-rays taken to assure of the problem also from what i was describing to her she already knew what my problem was. She educated me on ways to remedy my problem and was extremely informative. Down to the x-ray technician was so sweet and had a bubbly personality. I would give them 5 stars but i shorted them 1star due to the 1 hr wait between my appt/arrival time and my seen time. But the office was clean neat friendly with working equipment what more can u ask for
