Never received a call stating the outcome of the research but did get a FINAL BILL notice. They are very unprofessional. NEVER give cash because it might end up in someones pocket. The only upside is that I did receive an MRI just one month prior to the bone scan and paid with cash for this procedue. I gave cash but this payment did go thru. I will never pay for these procedures with cash again.

The staff are so friendly and attentive across the board from reception to technicians and the facility is bright, clean and inviting. I was taken back well before my appointment, the IV contrast line was put in without any issue, and they must have advanced equipment because the whole test took half the time it has in the past. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!

The procedure went very well - no significant pain or discomfort. Both Dr. Hart and his team told me exactly what was happening every step of the way. They told me what to expect for the next 3 days - and I felt exactly how they said it would. Took the wrap and dressing off this morning. There's almost no bruising, can't even see any puncture marks - just some minor swelling. A great result from one of the nicest, most caring and professional team in the Villages.
