I came across Prenatal Ultrasounds in Maitland and so excited that I would be allowed to see my son for the first time in 19 weeks. They offered so many different private pay options starting at $19 which was amazing to me because at least anyone in our situation with Covid could afford to pay and see these miracle images live. The office was very easy to find and also accessible for use with my wheelchair. The Staff is over the top professional and very personable. They took they're time and allowed us to really enjoy the process. I would highly recommend using Prenatal Ultrasounds in Maitland for so many reasons but they're friendliness and low cost options really gained my respect.

The staff are so friendly and attentive across the board from reception to technicians and the facility is bright, clean and inviting. I was taken back well before my appointment, the IV contrast line was put in without any issue, and they must have advanced equipment because the whole test took half the time it has in the past. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!

My tech (Mike) and the Office Manager (Donna) did not hesitate to let me know that I could try again after I felt relaxed and comfortable. After 30 minutes, I felt my medication was working. I was able to complete my MRI. Donna offered to stay in the room with me and place her calming hand on my shoulder the entire time. Again, thank you guys for your patience and great customer service. The receptionist was kind and I could hear her talking to other people being upfront about cost differences and giving recommendations. I actually couldn't get a piercing out so I had to reschedule! The imaging tech tried to help me before too by giving me gloves and saline to see if it would loosen up. They were so flexible and i was able to come back a few hours later. They talked me through the mri process and made sure i was comfortable as well, even gave me a blanket because it's so cold in offices. The whole process was simple then they sent the images report directly to my primary.

The parking is free here at the garage and they offer valet parking as well I am not sure if the valet is complimentary. When you park on level 3 in the garage - there is a pathway to get you to the inside of the hospital entrance. The escalators will drop you down the main lobby, Advent health is big on customer service surveys and it reflects how they treat pts / visitors here. I like strolling through the gift shop here cause they do have cute items but it is pricey. The cafeteria is pricey but its there if you need a quick food fix when you are hungry.

He was very thorough on explaining the next steps and keeping me informed on where mom was in the process. Mom said she was happy with the procedure. The Rad tech was very polite and calm with her and they played some music to drowned out the noise (something she was looking forward to since her last MRI was a poor experience elsewhere). Advent Health almost always does a wonderful job with care for my family. I highly recommend this location.

As a migraine and asthma sufferer I get extremely sick when I go there bc they use at least one maybe several plug ins in the office. I have discussed with them how awful this is for sufferers of asthma and other conditions. That it can literally cause me to have an asthma attack. They did not care while I was there. I wrote to the office manager an I am attaching their reply. Not only is it bad for those with health issues but it is bad for everyone. So many toxins in them and even if that wasn't the case for everyone, if it is a known irritant and health issue for those with certain conditions, I am not sure why they would continue to use them especially after there have been complains.
